  The Place of a Wonderful Vacation

  We stayed in that hotel just for one night but the wonderful view, polite owners (working actively) are all unforgetables. I even didn't want to sleep just not to miss the view from my window, I strongly recommend this hotel also for both its the location in Cunda Island and warm sea where you can't easily find in that region.

  Nice family run hotel

  The location and the view are probably the best features of this nice family run hotel. Secondly,the staff, that is always kind, helpful and wearing a big smile. However, it needs some restauration, the building is quite old and the rooms need refurbishing. A nice experience overall.

  Cosy and beautiful place to be

  We have visited the hotel with our 1.5 year old son and with grandparents. First of all location of the hotel is outstanding they have a private beach also right in front of the hotel and nicely sized(not big) swimming pool. The hotel is being run by a family which gives the cosy atmosphere. The rooms are nothing luxurious but there are so many plus points that over rules it. The staff is always friendly and the owners are also doing their best to help you if you need anything. The breakfast is also really nice and they prepare dinner as well if you ask for it which is also really tasty. The hotel is also 10 minutes walking from the beach to the nice center of Cunda.

  Needs attention

  The view and location are excellent. We arrived at the end of September having booked through a booking website.. I got the impression we were not expected. We asked for a twin room and were first shown a double. Then given a twin on the first floor. It was dated (circa 1980). The fridge cupboard did not have a door and the edging had peeled off the cupboard. The fridge was not stocked with anything. The bathroom was small and mouldy and the shower tray cracked so water just went onto the floor. The balcony needed to be brushed of dead leaves. The windows rattled and the noise from the room above was loud.. even though the family were just putting their child to bed. We sat outside by the pool to take in the view.. and had to find someone to order a drink. Unfortunately the pool was dirty and despite looking forward to a dip after a long drive I decided against it. Breakfast was good and the staff were attentive. Would I stay again.. no...I did feel we were an inconvenience. The place needs a refurbishment.

  What a disappointing stay

  We found this place on the internet and booked a 3 night stay. On arrival, we were enchanted with the setting and location. However, once in our tiny room, we were shocked at the poor standard of the place. Grey darned sheet on the very uncomfortable bed. Not a hanger in the cupboard. An ugly bright light light dangling from a wire in the wall over the bed. Curtains heavy and making the room hot and airless. The bathroom was grimy and in desperate need of an upgrade. We were so disappointed as the pics on the internet are nothing like the reality. The breakfast was unappetizing with very little for the non Turkish visitor. Never to return or recommend.
