Acceptable but Hesitate to Stay AgainSound prove is not well, if only closed the room door. Guests have to close the bedroom door then can eliminate to the sound (ie. people chatting or pulling luggages) coming from corridor. There is a electric button to switch on/off room lightings but the control panel is either too sensitive or react too slow. One good thing about this hotel is the front desk staff can speak English well. Breakfast is acceptable. Easy to get around if someone will drive you around or going back to company. Too far away from the main shopping area. For first time visitor, not recommend this.

Value for moneyNote: if you have heavy luggages, with kids and your plan is to tour around, dont pick this hotel. It 650 meters from sindaebang station exit 2 straight and crosswalk. (This is the nearest station) dont go to gwanak or anyang station these two are very far compare to sindaebang. I suggest use Naver or google map to navigate after exiting from station. Its a very looooong bumpy walk if you have heavy luggages. But if youre a backpacker you will not mind it. Unless you want to take a cab from station which 3 minutes driving, but cost you about 4-5,000 Won, more if youre from somewhere. For me its waaay too far and hassle specially if the weather is hot or raining. Its from from touristy place, but reachable thru subways and busses. Very costly if you dont use subway and opt for a cab. Remember: every subway station is very far from each other and when I say very far I mean kilometers. The Hotel: has pleasant ambiance, theres elevator, carpeted hallway, CCTVs, parking lot, hotel is located at main road, easy to get a cab, near bus station. Nearest subway sindaebang (green line), Quiet safe place. Clean and presentable. Most of the staffs cant speak and understand English. Just show them the screenshot of your reservation, or picture and sign language will do. Booked this thru agoda 3 months prior to arrival date. That time is on promo so I got this for Php 2,887.00/ night or $55/night for 6 nights. Theres plenty of BBQ restaurants nearby, pretty cool to walk around to find the best food chain to eat. Theres a lot of chicken restaurants, (well, I dont know why Korean loves chicken) Bakeries, Cafes, mini mart, drug store, pretty much everything you need. Theres CU convenience store just beside the hotel lobby. The Room: room itself is tiled floor. Clean, and spacious. Dining area, Newly renovated, so smells new. I booked for a twin bedroom, but they gave us one king bedroom disappointed because my son is 16 years old and dont want to share bed with parents anymore. Luckily were just two. Its hard to communicate with staff so we accept the room. The bed is quite hard and the pillows are uncomfortable. (Sigh) air conditioned, Theres in-room refrigerator with free bottled water. No in-room microwave (dissapointed again because My son loves to eat rice, and we cant reheat the food right away) its a good thing I have ability, so I tried to ask permission at the convenience store nearby the lobby to use their microwave. The older man is kind enough to allow me-everytime! Theres in-room kettle and free teas and coffees. No big wardrobe. The only wardrobe Ive seen is the one near by the main door. And the door connected to the comfort room is the same door for the small rack where the robes located to hang some clothes.(Disappointed) though the WiFi is very fast. Theres English Channel with good movies. The bathroom: Bathroom is spacious to move around, but no racks to hang used towels. And no curtain or blinds to cover the blurry glass window separating from the room to the bathroom. (Disappointed) not all travelers are couple you know. Some, with kids or teenagers like us. Embarrassing when you take shower, plus the bath tub is on the shower area. Its not separate! No bidet as well, its uncomfortable to seat in a toilet then go wash to the tub. . Theres hair dyer. Slippers. The amenities: The room is equipped with amenities such as toiletries. They will clean and replaced everything that is missing and seemed used. I cant complain on that! Plus free flowing of free bottled water. By request of course. Or if you see a housekeeping cleaning other room, feel free to ask for a bottled water they will give you without hesitation. Everyday I asked for 4 bottles. Dont buy water outside. Just bring some instead. Breakfast is basic I dont recommend it. Its not decent and not worth the cost, dont eat at the garden cafe too expensive for their menu. Just eat outside and find some decent meal. Check out is 12pm. Well, We stayed and toured in Seoul for a month This was reason I booked to a practical hotels like this. Its safe, comfortable, decent, accessible to almost everything than to a backpacker hostel that is small, untidy and stinks with same price. For the value of money and everything on it, Im still planning to stay here again. But next time with small luggage.

Inn or motel, not hotelExtreme small room, nothing like the other reviews from booking.com or other travel site! Hallway no light, when elevator open to our floor ( we stayed at 6th floor), it was dark outside, really like going into a haunted house. The guys in our group go out to check what happened while women stay in elevator. Turns out there's a hallway light you need to turn on manually. Come on, it's a hotel....we need to turn the hallway light on? Other thing we're so mad is there's a doorstep when you enter into the room, but the light is a sensor light, my mom almost felt on the step, luckily my dad caught her. Other thing is no light inside shower, you're facing dark wall while showering. Overall, creepy, tiny and not a good area. We walked around nearby area & most of them are hang over, lots of basements clubs, not the fancy one....kinda worn out....
