  Highly Worst Experience

  All other things matters afterwards but the first thing a customer want is Trust and Security. and They have nothing, They Promise you something but not deliver anything, My stay was complete on 7Oct and due to my early checkout they promise that my money to be refunded will be funded in my account asap but Now its almost 1 and half month, and I am Calling them daily for my money back. I advise you even request you to not stay in Crystal Palace if you want your money safe

  Memorable Trip

  I took super deluxe room on 2nd floor in the hotel If you staying as a couple and want some peaceful accommodation then this will be the great choice . Likes - 1.Beautiful view from the room .(5/5) 2.Beautiful balcony view makes your stay more positive .(5/5) 3. Delicious food.(5/5) 4. Staff is friendly (4/5) 5.Car parking .(3.5/5) 6. Beautiful Terrace Restaurant. (5/5) Dislikes- 1. Geyser takes 45-60 minutes to make hot water .(1.5/5) 2. Bathroom is very small.(2/5) 3.Room size is small .Ratings given on size only (2.5/5)

  Value for money

  booked super deluxe room - valley view on 2nd floor. view from room is great. location is around 1 km far away from mall road. however hotel provide shuttle. Breakfast was good on terrace Restorent. room heater (chargeable basis) not good enough for peak winter.

  Miscalling Shop

  We are a networking company chose to stay this hotel for our company meeting, and we had a conversation With Mr Shreedip Goswami 8929545209, he understand our all the requirement (eg. Food plan/ local sight seen and Conference hall with sound etc) and than send us the quotation for the same. But when we reach the Hotel, we found that they dont have any conference hall in Hotel. When we try to call him regarding the same he even dont pick over call. Our whole program went to waste After spending money. After that MR Shree Kant ji ( Operation Manager) He tried to fill that gap. They built a hall in the open area with the help of tents and in that we pretended to have a meeting. We organize meetings everywhere in India but this is first time we had meeting in tent, even after paying good money. After all of this Mr Shree Kant and his team try to do there label best to make us happy. Although room is nice, food is Good , Front office/ HK/F&B staff all are good but tact of sale of Mr Shreedip Goswami is out of the world, Despite all this, he did not think it right to speak even Sorry. Not Recommended to Corporate and official meeting. GLO HERBAL MART PVT.LTD.

  Good Hotel but it is located at 1 km away from mall road so you might need to look for directions with precision.

  If you travelling via own vehicle then it is a good location otherwise you have to book taxi from Dehradun to Rishikesh- taxi will cost you about 1300/- + 60/- entry fee. Then you have to book a taxi 100/- - 200/- till hotel. Upto 6 pm you have a option to go via sharing taxi from Dehradun to musoorrie ( mall road ) it will cost you 60/- - 100/-
