Nice visit !Room was nice, clean and spacious. The food are excellent. Stayed here for the whole 14 days and you can get all kind of food. I would recommend their cakes and chinese food and malaysian food. Will come here again definitely !

Great room service and food!I was placed in this hotel for my 14-day quarantine during the COVID-19 pandemic. The service was great! Food was delivered on time and any shortcomings were resolved immediately. The staff was also very welcoming! I ordered supplementary food from the Brass Cafe (the egg tart and pandan cake, specifically) and they were delicious!

A very good Hotel to stayIt was my first choice hotel for my quarantine days. The hotel is very flexible in terms of whatever you requirement/needs. The hotel staff will try their best to get any issue or request to be solved immediately. One important thing to highlight, the meals provided are very good and delicious!!!

Horrible ExperienceBooked the room through an App several days ago. This room was not prepared for guest. Was not equipped with a fridge, incomplete toiletries, coffee, kettle and fittings. Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel, not even worthy of a 3 star rating. Disappointing Quality Control. Don't recommend this Hotel for future guests.

Not recommendedThis "quarantine hotel" is old and quite run down. It is not clean, and some fixtures are in poor condition. The peep-hole has a tissue stuck in it to replace the missing magnifying glass. We were brought to this hotel for quarantine but at check-in, the hotel tried to promote their premium package, which is very expensive, and promising everything will be excellent and well cared for. This is only partically true. "Premium" meals were indeed good and very substantial, and a good variety of Chinese, Japanese, Malay, Indian and pseudo-Western. However, breakfast seems to be the same as the standard package, and it was mostly horrible. There was once a fake nasi lemak with 2 pieces of chicken leg bone fit only for dogs - a terrible insult. On check-in night, premium meals were not started yet. So, everyone had the "standard" meal, which was half a packet of fried rice with a few miserable pieces of vegetables and absolutely no meat. If standard meals are typically like this, I am at a lost of words as to the insult. Problems with the TV were fixed by a gracious technician but only after 3 times complaining on 3 consecutive days. Recepton staff were friendly but house cleaning staff were rude and having a "couldn't be bothered-don't disturb me" attitude. Covid tests were a mess -- nobody seemed to know who was supposed to go for test and when, as different people checked in at different days and on different conditions. Checking in itself was done in the horrible basement without anything comfortable to at least remind passengers they are in a hotel, after a long stressful flight plus the gruesome and stressful hours-long procedures at the airport. The worst thing about this hotel is the Internet. You can totally forget about doing any work or conference calls here. Internet was off and on, with hours of absolutely no Internet, and often too weak to even have a messenger call. They only paid attention when we complained and complained day in day out. But the issue was never fixed. Internet became more stable only when many guests checked out. Water, coffee and bathroom supplies were more than sufficient, but this is the premium package -- can't say for standard package. When I asked for a broom and dust pan to clean my room, the equipment that came in were so filthy and full of hair that I dared not use them for fear of making the room dirtier instead of cleaner.
