  Nice resort in quiet area

  We stayed for 5 nights in Crystal Bay Resort and thoroughly enjoyed it. We stayed on the 12th floor with a stunning view of the bay. It's in a quiet area and at night you can really rest. The staff is attentive and friendly. The hotel is in a perfect place, however needs some renovation.

  We had such a great hoilday at cristal bay.Me and my family really enjoyed it.The staff were great the room was very clean and the pool was fresh my bonus point has to go to the sharp knifes nothing to really fault about the appartment.My family will differently be returning nxt summer

  Great!

  We are currently staying here for 7 nights, tonight being our last night. Very happy here even though we are not in a renovated unit. Location is fabulous, and our unit overlooks the Broadwater. Unit has everything we need, including a washing machine, fully equipped kitchen. Nice pool area too. Staff are friendly and helpful. We have one separate bedroom and also a nook with a couple of single beds in it. Very happy with our stay..... we will be back!

  Broadwater views or to Surfers Paradise. Quiet location just across the road from the water and a very good PICNIC area.

  Great views across the Broadwater over to the SPIT and to South Stradbroke island from the NORTH facing units. If you get the South side you will see Surfers Paradise by night and day. Quieter location outside of SURFERS PARADISE. The Broadwater hasnt trot waves, its not fabulous for swimming but you are close to all the great beaches. The SPIT also has a wave beach. Close to SURFERS for DINNERS out. Its the northern end of the Gold Coast so its closer to SEAWORLD Movie world Dreamworld Wet n Wild. Inside the units are as the pictures display. We were level 7 in a 2 bedroom apartment. The beds were not pillow tops so I cant say they were AMASING,y comfortable. The queen bed was ok but our adult daughter had a bad night on a single bed sadly. The apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated. It was quite well priced as it was a PUBLIC holiday long weekend so prices were at a premium everywhere. The pool was as it appears. Great quick, no stress checkin, cheery lady at front desk. I would stay again.

  The room was for 5 days and when I arrived was not the room I requested. Could not shower as the cold tap was frozen! The room had most likely been vacant for weeks! The plastic chairs on the deck were stacked and were dirty and also the table with coffee stains. There was a smell coming out of an open drain in the laundry. I asked for a room on one level up as my friend was there - none available but they were as my friend checked. The noise level at night from the pool below and the hoons driving along the road spoiled the whole experience. I have tried to call many times but always goes to voice mail. I have written with no response. There appears to be no management on site. I would not recommend it. I paid $109 for an inferior room to my friend who paid $99 per night.
