  Very comfortable

  I stayed here a couple of nights on business. I really enjoyed the room, it was very spacious and very comfortable. Make sure you use the blackout curtains properly because there are flashing lights on the outside of the hotel and if you leave a gap they can illuminate the room while you're trying to sleep. The breakfast buffet was really nice. I really recommend the Chinese breakfast because the quality of the Chinese breakfast was much higher than the Western style breakfast buffet. Special mention to the station where they cook up the fresh egg pancake that you can see in my attached photo. Delicious. Unfortunately I didn't get time to see any of the other facilities in the hotel. But it is conveniently located, maybe 25 minutes to the airport. And 10 minutes to get downtown to some shopping malls. The Wi-Fi was good, fast and free. And best of all there was not a hint of cigarette smoke while I was there.

  Very Nice

  Hoel is perfect location for me as the office I had to visit is opposite. Views are excellent as the lake can be seen. Breakfast is very limited for vegans and vegetarians. Not worth it at all. Gym is the best gym you will ever find as it purpose built for outside members also. You can spend the whole day at the gym. Wifi terrible as it looses connection and also have to log in all the time. Otherwise nice place.

  Really Friendly and Care Staff at Executive Lounge

  This is my first visit to the hotel and use of the Executive Lounge. Spend the whole weekend at the lounge due to rains and the staff was excellent in taking care of me. The food was great for the dinner as well and the selection is great. The staff (Wendy) went all the way out to prepare something extra for my friend due to diet restrictions. Great job, Wendy and manh thanks. The lounge itself is very spacious and it has a great view of the Taihu Lake. Additionally, I would like to thanks Malady and Tracy as well for taking care of me over the rainy weekend.

  Stayed for 7 nights at a business meeting. Hotel executed well, no problems

  We had a business meeting with about 400 attendees 3-4 nights. Everything went well for the meetings, hotel restaurants served everyone quickly at lunch so we stayed on schedule. We had a group dinner one night that was executed well. One item was there was a wedding, it seems the hotel specializes in weddings, on Saturday so we had a smaller meeting room. In Wuxi weddings are popular during lunch so avoid the weekends if you have a big meeting.

  Well managed hotel with marvelous lakeview

  Stayed at this for a weekend with the family. Pleasant experience overall speaking Pros + Lakeview and marvelous sunset in a clear weather + Good room space for family + Well trained staff who provided efficient and personal services especially in check-in/out + Well organised and serviced breakfast notwithstanding the big crowd there + Located in an area close to several most famous tourism sites Cons - Not the fastest lifts one could hope for Would definitely recommend it to travellers to Wuxi.
