  Hotel Comments

  In General the Hotel is Good and also Good Location. But there is much room for improvement in this Hotel. 1. Breakfast - General Appearance of waiters - waitresses look very untidy and most of the time very dirty uniforms. Food; there is a great selection at breakfast, but pastries - dumpling are mass produced and not made in the Hotel, much like fast food. No fresh juice - Bottled or Carton and its a Terrible taste. And the service from the Hot Station, no politeness just no answer or they walk away, several times I asked with just no answer. 2. Rooms - Very Good and Clean, I see effort from All room cleaners very polite and helpful. 3. Reception - Most of the time there is no organisation doesnt matter if 1 guest or 20 guests they have little organisation and a very arrogant when you check in or out, politeness is totally missing and no care shown. Ken on the concierge should be the Assistant Manager - excellent support very helpful and very polite. 4. Gym - Not so much equipment, most of the time the support is 2-3 people sit at reception and have very little understanding of Gym Awareness, play on phone, equipment is not maintained and if under maintenance, it is not fixed in 2-3 days normally weeks, I stayed 2 weeks so far and equipment is still not fixed, swimming pool under maintenance, last weeks, but you are informed. I am sure the message back from Management parts are ordered for the gym, but actually can be fixed very easy and in a very safe way. Todays a special day no lifts for a few hours, no issue, but not informed called reception they said they would call me back and guess what no call back, walk down to gym - 18th floor to 4th Floor good workout because arrived at gym flooded. 5. Lobby Bar - Totally no atmosphere, also forget any politeness, there rude and arrogant and most of the time you ask for something, they dont have it or have very little understanding of what you want - even if you speak Chinese, no training or understanding of alcohol drinks, by the way i dont drink, but asked for Martini for my wife and they said no they dont have 10 minutes later they found half a bottle and said its been here for a long time, so we dont know if its any good, little amazed at the answer, but ok, we said no. As I said the Hotel in General is Good, but I only right facts and want to support the Management Team to improve in real areas that can help the Hotel improve. I am sure I will get the normal reply back from the Management Team, we will investigate and improve, if they do take note on the above then my topics have been taken as real facts and not wasting my time in writing such detail comments.

  Good choice

  If you have business in the area such as attending an event at the Mei Jiang Convention Center, this is your best choice. The executive lounge could use improvement in their food provided for happy hour but Tracey was very good at providing excellent service. The breakfast in the cafe had excellent choices and supervised by Angel who was very attentive. Thanks to Front Desk Manager Charlie Yuan for upgrade.

  Good hotel, good location.

  This is a well appointed fresh hotel, with good amenities and reasonable service. The rooms are large and well appointed, I had a 7ft round bath and stunning views from the 15th floor. Comfy beds and nice amenities. Will stay here again

  Dreadful Post Covid service

  The more I travel in China, the more i experience how much the COVID issue has impacted on the quality of the service in many hotels that used to be good in the past. The room is barely decent, nothing in the fridge, endless waiting for an afternoon tea (which was eventually cancelled), staff minding their own business and the sense your presence is just being tolerated. Poorest experience of the last 4 months

  Good experience

  Attending auto show in December, took me down to Crowne Plaza Meijiangnan which located just across street, only need 5 minutes on foot. Hotel itself, very professional service attitude and fair enough facility.
