  Nice hotel, great location.

  Reception was excellent. Friendly and helpful. Hand gel is everywhere for a good covid safe environment. Car park was handy and secure as on street parking can be busy. $25 is reasonable. We were given a free upgrade with an ocean view. Our room had a small balcony with comfortable plastic furniture where we could read or enjoy the view and a drink. Very pleasant. Our room was well appointed and quite spacious. King size bed which was very comfortable. The air con worked well and was very quiet. The pool is smallish and "just" heated. Good for a dip but that's about it. The hotel has a good steam room and sauna. Small but they work well. A decent gym and also a table tennis table. A good selection of bars and eating choices. We would definitely stay when we next visit.

  Enjoyable short break

  No complaints about the hotel, however, the on line booking system left much to be desired. We thought we were booking direct as we usually do when we travel but were transferred to a third party booking system which did not disclose that they charge a credit card fee which was disclosed in their documentation which is illegal in Australia. When I asked if I was speaking to the Crowne Plaza Terrigal I was told yesbut when I asked a question about why the rate was so much higher than Booking.com for example, I was then given the phone no for the hotel. I would recommend ringing the hotel direct to make a booking. The reservation staff were very and helpful.

  Amazing view from room and lovely service

  Came for a relaxing week away and thats what happened. I stayed in the suite and it was spacious and had amazing views. Also had outdoor furniture on the balcony. So v cba lose to the water you can hear the waves crashing on the sand. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety and lovely service. Will definitely be back.

  A wonderful short stay

  Up to Terrigal for four nights. What a lovely stay it was Have stayed at similar sized and shed hotels recently in Manly and Wollongong but this beats them hands down Stand out service on check in and seamless at checkout. Room was great and spacious and bed very comfortable. Only fault ( often with these large hotels) is poor water pressure and heat with the shower. Breakfast was included in our package and the restaurant was well staffed and managed. A credit to them all. Food was wonderfully displayed on plates and quite delicious. Should we return to Terrigal in the future we wouldnt look to stay anywhere else A well managed hotel with very courteous staff. Well done.

  Really disappointed, but easily fixed if they want to...

  I am a high level IHG customer and have stayed here previously with a high level of satisfaction. The location is awesome, the rooms are starting to tire, but are large and well appointed. In the past the staff seemed to be empowered to make simple decisions, this has apparently changed.. In part, due to my recommendation my organisation stayed here. I was left very embarrassed in the level of service (by management). My Manager, having spent in the order of $45K in this hotel was really annoyed. Firstly in our current environment, why the hell do you not have a top sheet on the bed - apparently this is the hotel policy - most ridiculous decision ever - sack the GM. Then my manager's dinner did not even arrive on the first night when he ordered it. ( all other meals arrived). I then cancelled the next nights dinner (21 meals lost) and booked an alternate venue. My manager turns up for the paid for breakfast and get told wheat bix and peaches are 2 x breakfasts so he can't have it. I ate 2 eggs and bacon and apparently his order was a problem, (SERIOUSLY). Sadly my Manager will NEVER return and you will never get our organisation's business. You also need to rebuild my personal trust having been embarrassed recommending you. VERY ANNOYED...
