  Muy buena alternativa

  Recientemente estuve visitando la Universidad de Syracuse y no hay muchas alternativas cerca. Este hotel queda muy cerca, a lado de Parkview hotel. Tiene estacionamiento gratis, y de muy fácil acceso a la autopista 81, que es la principal. La ista de este htel no es nada impresionante y queda en un Area que no ha nada que hacer. Los cuartos son muy bonitos y las camas demasiado cómodas. Lo unico que encontre en la habitación es que no hay gavetas para guardar nada. Pero si es muy limpio y el servicio excelente. Muy cerca de la Universidad. Si no te vas a quedar encerrado en el hotel esta es una excelente alternativa.

  Management was very poor and customer satisfaction not in their vocabulary.

  Was planning on staying there after a basketball game. When I arrived, the front desk told me they tried to reach out to me as the elevator was broken and I had two options 50% off room rate(which by the way, I was using some points for being a valued customer) or I could cancel my reservation. I asked what floor I was on and they said 9th. I asked again if that was my only two options. So she want and got the manager "Thomas". Now I understand "Thomas" was probably stressed as when an elevator is broken and you have alot of high floors probably you will lose business however when I asked again what my options were he repeated the same thing and said "you can cancel and not get charged a fee". I called it bs and he said he did not have to listen to swearing (really bullsh** was all I said). He again offered the same options. Then he said I did not have to be sarcastic because I asked again about options. First of all I have never been treated so disrespectful by any mgmt team and I stay in a lot of hotels. Second, you have many other partners in Syracuse and could have offered an option at another (which other chains have done). I was totally turned off by "Thomas" and his little attitude not even a real apology just these are your options. I finally 'cancelled' and was not charged a cancellation fee. Now mind you you probably had many travelers as there was a big game at SU. I have stayed here before but will never stay here again. There were options to keep customers happy since you have used their brand before but this was handled so unprofessionally I can't even tell you how upset I was. I did reach out to guest relations and have opened a case. I believe a little training was needed for a person like "Thomas" who was the manager but needs to learn management skills for when you are stressed. I suppose the 'will you can cancel and we won't charge you a fee' was the kicker. By the way I have stayed there before and I have never had an issue. Think twice when you are in customer service business, Thomas. Also, you should probably not just say 'elevator is broken ' and not have any backup plan or say it was being fixed. Please think twice before staying here cause you may have to walk up many floors as the elevator may be broken and customer service and satisfaction is not a term used here.

  I stayed at this hotel by reservation and the reservation I made turned out to be a scam and I was charged twice by a third party. Jeremiah was so kind and so quick on fixing the issue for me. I seriously recommend staying here and speaking with him. So kind and helpful. I will definitely go back to this hotel.

  The front desk made our checkin super easy. We are sending our son off to the military and knowing how nice and accommodating they were made it easy. Our room was clean and safety measures were in place. Thank you

  Convenient and comfortable

  Stayed one night in a 2 double bed room. Check in was easy. Parking is in a garage behind the hotel for $15. There were not a lot of people staying there. It is a unique round building, so everyone has a nice window view. We stayed on the 19th floor. Rooms were a little small, because they are almost pie slice shaped. Only downsides were no tub (shower only) and they should have spaced people in rooms further apart when there are so few staying. You could hear kids screaming next door. That could have been resolved by moving us down a room. Not a big deal, but would have been nice. Overall, clean and comfortable.
