  Excelente

  Muy buen hotel, calidad y precio, se puede ver qué es nuevo . La vista es impresionante desde las habitaciones y la ubicación es muy buena. El desayuno es excelente. Camas muy cómodas y muy buen servicio.

  Comodisimo hotel

  Vamos todos los anios por negocios, es muy comodo para descansar despues de una larga jornada el staff siempre bien predispuesto y amable. He notado que hay mas personal que habla Ingles que antes. Tiene una piscina y un gimnasio muy bien cuidado donde uno puede ir y relajarse un rato. El desayuno no es malo pero es muy local todavia mucho de lo que ofrecen, me gustaria cream cheese , granola y hasta galletas de arroz... pero creo que es mucho pedir porque son mis gustos. En fin estoy muy conforme con este hotel ademas de que hay un Starbucks muy cerquita y el Mall supermercado AUCHAN. Esperamos no cambiarlo.

  The BEST hotel Ive stayed at!

  I was compelled to write this review only half way of my stay at Crowne Plaza Shaoxing (staying for nearly three weeks). Lets face it, weve all been to nice hotels. Hotels with great amenities, comfy beds, nice view, spacious rooms etc. What makes this hotel the best hotel Ive stayed at is their staff. Every morning Im warmly greeted by managers Tom and Victor at the breakfast buffet (which btw is awesome!). The first morning I go to eat at the buffet, I ask for cup of ice and apples. Every morning after that, Im provided with ice and apples without even asking by the managers. Bravo! The managers and their staff are very friendly and on top of their duties. The managers are hands on, helping clearing tables, setting up tables, and making sure every table is touched. By touched I mean, greeting all customers. On busy mornings, managers from different departments are there to ensure the service quality is up to par. This is how I met Alfy, the HR manager. This, my fellow travelers, is hospitality at its best. One last shout out to the housekeeper! I dont know her name but she does a fantastic job!

  Excellent Hotel in Every Way

  From check in to check out, this hotel shines and excels in cleanliness, hygiene, service, facilities, amenities, breakfast. Most of all after a long day, the shower is excellent with consistent temperatures, and strong water pressure, with rain shower as well, and sitting ledge in shower stall, plus full bathtub, with sea salts. No water leaks from shower to outside of shower stall. The coffee was excellent and so were the fruit & vegetables. Staff ready to assist with a smile. Definitely will make this my preferred hotel in shaoxing

  Located in a rich neighbourhood and in the center

  Crowne plaza as always been consistent in regards to their property and their customer service. As usual rooms are clean and tidy. Cost of the hotel is very reasonable. Breakfast has variety of choices. Located in a very good location, very close to a mall and many restaurants.
