  Uncomfortable

  The staff is nice enough. Rooms arent rundown. But my issue is that everything in the room is terribly uncomfortable. Mattress has to be the firmest bed on the market and the pillows have zero density to them at all. I know some people have no issues with either of those, and thats fine, but for me, it was torturous. I had hoped this would be a nice place to relax after hours during my business trip, but it was not meant to be. If I had not prepaid, I would have left to try somewhere else.

  Extremely comfortable, Amazing staff

  I was concerned about being so close to the airport. Never heard a thing. Bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in. Christine at the front desk was epitome of customer service. She gracefully accommodated not only a room request I had, but also was able to help with the desk lamp in the room was a little dim for my night time work - she collaborated with Al to find a nice bright bulb that kept me going as long as I needed. These were small things, but they took the time to take care of me. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

  Great help for a never guest!

  Ive never stayed here...hell Ive never been to Milwaukee, but the GM of this property did me a huge favor as a stranger and helped me with something related to this property he had no obligation to do for me!. This tells me this place MUSTBE top notch and cannot wait to actually stay there! (my trip cancelled due to covid)

  Frozen Valentine's

  So our heat is not working! There's frost on top of the furnace, all around the window frame and the heat is on 80! Maintenance came last night and had to clean a filter with an AWFUL smell... but it did not help.We were also told there was breakfast but what they didn't mention was its NOT complimentary... star bucks...yeah...

  Not the Same

  Recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza. Definitely was not the same. Restaurant food was average at best. Bartender very nice but food below average and had to go to front desk to charge to room. Airport pickup was horrible. Called and desk said 15 minutes which was OK, Called after 20 minutes and she said another 10-15 minutes which was 40 minutes total. All 8 people waiting were frustrated. Driver was horrible, Not a word. Saturday afternoon pickup. Previously loved staying here. Will think long and hard before staying again.
