Terrible and highly regretfulWell it started off with no AC, overflowing toilet, false promised a free night, double charging me for my first night, rate increase without notifying me to make up for the fake free night and being threatened to have myself and my babies police escorted out of the room at 6 am for confronting management about the overcharging me. She told me that the $200 that I was charged my first day was just an Authorization and it will be returned to my bank account by Wednesday this week. Sad that those current front desk employees are so unprofessional they will run this beautiful child into the ground it's not my first day but it will be my last. Hundreds of people I spoke to throughout the weekend has some complained or another about the hotel and the staff

Wonderful stayCheckin was super easy! I had separate stays due my stay was for business and leisure. Renee checked me in and had no difficulty at all with the separate stays. Renee is super friendly and informative during the checkin as well. Raeniece, Seymone, and Renee were all present during my check out. They are truly wonderful woman, they were concerned about my stay and ask if I enjoyed my time here in Dallas. I thought that was sweet of them. Thank you ladies for making me feel so welcomed and wishing me safe travels home. The bar and wait staff are pretty amazing as well! Mimi was super nicest the bar. I had dinner twice at the restaurant and Bobbie Anna (sorry if misspelled) and Juan helpful in ordering my evening meal. Delivered amazing service. Thank you all for an AMAZING STAY! I will definitely be back!

Stylish Remodel, Good Value, Friendly ServiceThis hotel is great for what it is - an airport hotel for short stays at a decent value. It is an older building but the rooms/lobby are fully remodeled and well designed. Great value for a more upscale option. Friendly, personable service as well. I certainly would recommend and return for a short 1-2 night stay.

Vice PresidentI noticed this show was a premier show not a Dallas Gun Club couldnt wait an hour to get in The show was busy for a Premier show. The vendors were unhappy with the Dallas Club management of the show. It was a small show for a Dallas show.

You can do much better in Dallas, muchI stayed here for almost a week last moth. I am a frequent traveler and am designated by Marriott and Hilton reward programs as such. I haven't been staying with this chain much lately, but was recently enticed to come back with some Rewards Club bonus points offer. I remember now why I stopped staying with IHG in the past... The hotel was dead, but so are many hotels in most parts of Dallas. The real second rate and unacceptable points about this hotel are: poorly equipped rooms (no bath mat, hair dryer and stingy bathroom items) and unenforced mask and social distancing rules/policies. To make matters worse, I've been home for nearly two weeks and there are none of the hotel bonus points which were offered for me to come back to the hotel. When I called and asked about them, I was transferred to an offshore call center (somewhere in SE Asia) and told it will take another month before I see them! When I stay at Marriott and Hilton branded hotels, I never have these problems. Add to that IHG is loosing hundreds of hotels to other chains this winter. Where they are going, I have no idea, but I'm going back to the other two hotel companies. I don't think Holiday Inn's will survive the Covid pandemic and will likely put an end to the chain.
