  Loved our stay here

  This was our first stay here and wont be our last stay. The hotel was very clean and all staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was cosy but private and quiet. The seafood basket from Harvest Bar was great and we had Christmas dinner at Harvest Restaurant as well.Breakfast is handled very well with covid precautions and the omelette was so good I had one two days in a row. We are IHG members and the discounts from the restaurants at the hotel were great. This hotel is perfect for a romantic relaxing getaway. The grounds are also good for walking off some Christmas pounds

  Very nice place! A popular Wedding reception - Staff are so friendly!

  Staff are so friendly! loved the people working here, im hoping the company appreciates them because they made the stay a lot more enjoyable (for me, hotels are all very similar but what sets aside the competition are the staff) I loved this hotel, and as its a bit far to walk from the town centre it has a bar and restaurant which is great if you want to stay in the hotel vicinty - rooms are nice and clean and as there are different buildings in the precinct you may get different rooms, they are all unique and I like that about this place If you want a quiet getaway, this may not be the place? or ask for a quieter room, there are many weddings going on throughout the hotel and guests are going in and out of rooms so there is plenty of noise, kids playing in the playgrounds inside the grounds of the hotel so unless you have a back room somewhere you will most likely get a lot of noise I would def recommend

  A Great places to stay

  Stayed 4 nights in the hotel for our 19th wedding anniversaries celebration. Harvest Bar and Gazebo Restaurant has good quality and excellent hospitality service from friendly staff services, chef handmade cooks food are very fresh and tasty, The Hotel facilities very good and a bottle Of wine complimentary gift welcoming us in the room.

  Country quiet

  We took a drive with no plan and ended up stopping here for the night! I loved the Country feel and the beautiful grounds! I was so surprised that the room was so lovely and modern! Decor was beautiful! The bed was very comfortable! We made a reservation at the restaurant and went for a pre drink in the bar! We noticed the food there and decided to cancel our booking and eat there! The food was just what we needed after our day driving. We will definitely be back!

  Incredible staff and lovely property

  The staff were have been beyond fantastic. I don't typically write reviews while still at a hotel, but the team here have been so welcoming, considerate, gracious and helpful I couldn't not immediately commend them. From the moment I checked in, I felt like I had made the right choice choosing The Crowne Plaza in Hawkesbury Valley. From receiving an upgrade (which is always nice), but more importantly the genuine hospitality shown at every level made me feel immediately relaxed and looked after while on a business trip. Things that seem small, like being greeted by name (it's my first time here), receiving help printing documents, to great tips on on 'menu hacks' at dinner made me feel like I was staying at a five star resort rather than a hotel. Whilst the staff are outstanding and have made my stay, the newly refurbished rooms and the delicious dinner I enjoyed also need a mention. The hotel seems to mix modern clean rooms with a classic and timeless resort environment. Next time I am in, or near the area, I will definitely be returning. A big thank you to the team here!
