  Visita Harbin en China y quedate en el mejor hotel! El nuevo Crowne Plaza Songbei

  A todos!!!!Si esta planeando visitar China, especificamente la magica provincia de Heilongjiang, ven a conocer las maravillas de Harbin y su gente. Te recomiendo hospedarte en el nuevo Crowne Plaza Songbei. Encontraran excelente servicio del personal, especialmente con el de Front desk. Puedes preguntar por Gina Meng, Ida Liang y Six Xu y en concierge por Halen Li, Nick Huang and Mango Wu. Ellos siempre dispuestos a colaborarte y sonreirte siempre. Como socio IHG disfrutaras de las comodidades, lujo y contrastes. En mi experiencia me fascino el desayuno muy variado y exotico. Dependerá de la época en la que viajes disfrutarás del entorno y muchos atractivos turísticos cercanos. Les recomiendo Saint Sophia Cathedral, Central Street Harbin, Wanda City mall, Polar land y the Siberia Tiger Park... De todo corazon y con mucho cariño.....mi gran recomendacion para disfrutar las tardes y noches dejate llevar hasta MAGIC un lugar como su nombre....en mi pasar por Harbin lo visite 5 noches consecutivas....nunca me canse, celebre mi cumpleaños desde China en este lugar. Su magia es su gente, visitalo y dejate consentir por sus dueños y quienes nos enseñaron durante todos estos dias la amabilidad, cariño y hospitalidad y gran servicio....Si lo visitas despues de leer mi comentario dales mis especiales saludos a Lipeng y Fu Rui. Te llenan con su magia y ya no quieres visitar otros lugares... el mejor ambiente y momentos WAO que te haran preferirlos...Ven y experimentalo tu mismo. Estan como a 10 minutos caminando desde el hotel y como a 5 del gran inaugurado Wanda Theme Park... Desde Panama a China.....siempre se les extrañara!! Saludos, Patricia Lezcano

  very nice and cosy

  big and crowded,suitable for conferences, nice rich breakfast less suitable for western guests. clean rooms, nice big elevators. room temperature was nicely warm.staff was very polite but english is not spoken widely

  Beautiful Hotel in Beautiful Harbin

  I was nervous traveling by myself to Harbin without a tour guide, but at the end of the day I fell in love with this city and it started with a perfect stay at the Crowne Plaza Harbin Songbei. Upon arrival to the airport, I took a risk and took the shuttle bus to save some bucks. There's 4-5 shuttle options and I read that the Wanda Plaza Line will drop you off near the Crowne Plaza and they were right. For only 20 Yuan, it was a great deal and very comfy 45 minute ride. The taxis will run you about 130-150 Yuan. The shuttle dropped me off by the Sunac Mall which is less than a 10 minute walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, the lobby looked like I was in a 5 star resort. The staff were very welcoming and the rooms were spectacular. Beautiful views from the 29th floor and a room that looked brand new. The housekeeping crew were so polite that they left me extra water since they saw I was dehydrated from the cold weather. And of course the concierge staff were very helpful to provide details on how to get to the Ice Festival. Several hotel staff spoke English which helped a lot. The taxi ride to see the ice sculptures were about 25 Yuan. The Sunac Mall by the hotel was a plus since that was my spot to get lunch/dinner most nights. A huge mall with so many dining options and for those Westerners who want to play it safe, there's a KFC/McDonald's/Pizza Hut on the ground floor. Overall, I found the hotel more than I expected. The Songbei area is a lovely one, but don't forget to bring several layers as it gets down to -25 C at night. I look forward to returning back to Harbin in 2021.

  Nice, quiet and modern

  Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Harbin for the Snow and Ice Festival. The hotel was very quiet - only a handful of people staying there because of the coronavirus outbreak in China. We nearly had the hotel to ourselves! The temperature inside the hotel was very warm, it was always nice coming back to a warm hotel when the temperature outside exceeded minus 20 to minus 25 degrees Celsius. Unfortunately because of the coronavirus outbreak, the buffet restaurant, fitness center and club lounge were all closed during our stay as a precaution. Our room was nicely appointed on the 19th floor, modern and spotless, bottled water given daily. The location of this hotel was far from downtown Harbin and the Snow and Ice World, but taxis were always available outside the hotel. We spent one day visiting downtown Harbin (Sophia Cathedral, Zhongyang shopping street) and the other day visiting the Snow Sculpture Park and Snow & Ice World on Sun Island. It cost us 150 Yuan by taxi meter from the airport to the hotel. Behind the hotel, there is a shopping centre located across the frozen lake. The shopping centre was open with lots of shops and restaurants, however many were closed during our stay - the mall was almost like a ghost town! It was no problem to get around Harbin. Because it was extremely quiet around the city, taxis were available everywhere and they were very cheap. Just make sure the driver turns on the meter and have the place where you want to go written in Chinese. Important Tip: have the hotel address written in Chinese. Most taxi drivers do not know this hotel and they are not sure where it is located. They usually want the exact address rather than the hotel name. You can get a card at the hotel with the hotel name and address....see image

  Very elegant and exclusive experience

  The hotel is in a good location in Songbei district, Harbin. The staff were very friendly although not many spoke English but there was a young man who did and we were able to communicate effectively. The room was airy and neat but did not have a great view. The breakfast buffet is huge and offers many great options however it is NOT halaal so we had to go for the veg which was still pretty good. We also had afternoon tea and ate the most delicious cheesecake.
