  Falta limpieza al jacuzzi, no esta cerca de plazas atractivas, sin embargo para estancias de trabajo esta comodo. Le falta variedad al buffet, si es que llegas a desayunar todos los dias ahi es muy monotono.

  Outstanding business stay near the airport

  Last night of a business trip from Virginia to Florida to Cleveland before returning home to Virginia. Very clean facility, with several restaurants nearby. My room was clean and quiet. Went with the meatloaf special for dinner....very large, tasty portion. Overall, excellent Crowne Plaza...very happy with my stay!

  Wonderful Hotel

  I stayed at the Here for four nights while attending a wedding in the area. The staff couldn't have been better and always helpful when we needed something. The pool was even open, by appointment only and you headed to yourself or your family for an hour which was plenty of time. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

  BIG AVOID

  Not sure about some of the cheery reviews on here. Certainly not about cleanliness, my most critical part of any hotel review. Instead of inserting more personal opinions let me get right to the point..... -OLD hotel with some poorly applied lipstick. -MOLD all over my bathroom ceiling. Looks an awful lot like black mold. Health hazard -Cigarette like stench coming from In room A/C which is most likely mold. Some is visible around edges. Same stench noticeable in other areas of hotel, including lobby. -Pubes on bathroom floor and tub -Barely lukewarm water from shower. -Saggy mattress ( in center) with what looks like a semi broken bed frame -Wall to wall scuzzy carpet. I suggest wearing not walking barefoot. -Smelly pillows (b/o). Sign of age and extreme lack of attention to detail/cleanliness -Chipped furniture and ceiling. Previous water damage spots on ceiling. Walking in to the lobby, the area most hotels focus their renovations on, you find an aged, tired and unkept area. Clearly the Hotel is struggling with funds but there is no excuse for sloppiness and lack of hygiene. Shoddy handyman evidence of repairs in elevator floor (Unfinished edges with visible glue) No noticeable Covid cleaning measures in room unlike most IHG hotels. IHG TAKE NOTICE Debris on hallway carpet. No visible recycling efforts in room or elsewhere. Extra low drop ceilings in hallways. Overall a depressing, unhealthy experience.

  January 15-17.  While attending a tournament in nearby Cleveland. The Crowne Plaza Cle. Airport was chosen by tournament organizers, participants (as common) playing in the tournament. All players, coaches, family all had to have rooms in this particular hotel.  After driving from the Cincinnati area we arrived Friday night. The lobby area was large and inviting at first, however the furniture was light colored and stained in multiple spots. There was also a potent smell of urine upon walking in the front door. After checking in we decided to go to the room and unpack. Our ride to the 5th floor was delayed the entire weekend as only 2/3 elevators were running. Upon entering our room, we immediately noticed (and smelled) black mold spores growing around the windows, walls, wallpaper, window coverings and ceiling. The mold was fresh, however we could see where it had previously been painted over and staining through. Upon looking around, the walls were badly "beat-up" the room was freezing and the television didn't work. I decided to call the front desk and have the items repaired, instead we were told we would be moved. Trying to remain positive, as a group of 4 we moved 5 doors down only to find the same mold issues as the previous room and a TV that had lines running across the screen the entire stay. With outdoor temps in the 20-30's and in room heating/thermostat that didn't work properly, As 2 young kids complained, my wife and I had to get up hourly to adjust the thermostat. It's not at all pleasant waking up freezing, then an hour later waking up sweaty ALL night, every night of our stay. Additionally, the 2nd (# 531) room we were in had a front door that DID not lock properly and a large gap around the door frame allowed anyone standing in the hall to see inside our room. Again we called the reception to report the problems and reiterate the same issues as the call earlier. I was told it would be addressed before 11pm. NO ONE ever arrived. When I called the next morning, again reporting the same issues, we were told the maintenance men were ALL off of work on Saturdays and our room would remain "as is" with the exception of fresh towels "if we wanted them, and we picked them up at the reception on the first floor. "    Upon returning home we spoke with several other parents who relayed the same or similar issues/problems at the Crowne Plaza Cleveland Airport.  I find it amazing that after posting this review January 26, 2021 or 4-5 days ago, on TripAdvisor, no one from IHG Hotels or The Crowne Plaza Cleveland Airport has attempted to make contact and discuss the issues.    This is a written request for a full refund from The Crowne Plaza Cleveland Airport for the dates of our stay, January 15-17, 2021 Please contact me to discuss.Date of stay: January 2021 Room Tip: With several mid range-budget hotels nearby, try your luck with the $60 room per night, before...
