  Great Hotel & People

  Stayed in Baoji for 8 Nights and this must be the best hotel to stay in when visiting Baoji. We stayed in the Deluxe Room which is spacious and very modern and clean. Staff are all friendly and eager to assist. The breakfast buffet has both Western & Chinese food. The Dinner Buffet is a must if you stay at this hotel. The only problem we had is the aircon that did not work properly and although we had it set on 19 degrees the room temperature was at a constant 25. Several staff came to our room to see of they can help with the aircon but it was never fixed. So we had to accept the warm room. But apart from the aircon problem I will defenately recommend this hotel when visiting Baoji.

  Baoji's best Hotel

  Stayed here for 12 nights. This is the most Westernised hotel in the City. Top quality from Crowne Plaza as usual. Newly opened last year. Food in their restaurant was both Western style a la carte and also Chinese style buffet. Both were excellent. Their breakfast was again suitable for our tastes(UK) and plenty to choose from. Rooms were immaculate as you would expect from a new hotel. The staff were very attentive polite and helpful. Restaurant manager Jenny was particularly helpful and her English was very good. There is also a shopping centre within 50 metres of the hotel, on the lower ground floor is a supermarket and on the top floor is over 50 other places to eat if you fancy Chinese food. On the ground floor is KFC and Pizzahut. After more visits to Baoji than I care to remember this is by far the best Hotel in Baoji. On the less positive side, their air conditioning in the rooms doesn't quite suit the Englishmans requirements. Colder required please.

  Great Location

  This hotel is right in the city Centre. Next to it is the shopping mall. So very convenience for those who love shopping or window shopping. The room is clean, spacious and service is good. We stay in 30th floor for 3 nights, the view is good. Breakfast is great, lots of variety from 6.30 - 10am, weekend extended to 10.30am. The only thing not satisfied us is the aircon. The max is 18 degree only cant reduce any further, a bit warm sometimes. Overall, is great.

  Really good and large roms. Very clean, quiet as well. Room service good. Personal very good, at the reception and also at the happy hour flour. Especially on the happy hour flour , manager is the best gay over there. He can make every cocktail you wish :) Good swimming pool, gym. Breakfast, not bad , but after some time I need change, because I stayed for 2 months. In all rooms you can not open window, it is safety issue. All recommendation for this hotel. Darko

  Pleasant time

  One of the best hotels where I was staying . Very friendly and quick service from Crowne team. Interior and exterior are so beautiful. Position is in the highest building in Baoji. Buffet breafast, lunch and dinner. Very tasty and rich offer. Rooms are clean and comfortable. All managers and stuff are so pleasant. Sauna, fitness centre and swimming pool are located at 40 floor as same as panorama restaurant... You should visit this beautiful hotel.
