  SO RUDE AND ARROGANT THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF

  It was my first stay on this property with my colleague and that too booked by one of the biggest companies in this area. We were their guest but the experience of this hotel was terrible. Most arrogant front office staff on 6th August, due to his attitude we had to check out one day earlier. How can someone run a business so unethically and unprofessionally. He has no hospitality and running hospitality business. Already informed Adham Hamza, the Manager and its up to him to take remedial measures. Never stay again there nor recommed to anybody.   Improvement Needed

  Rooms are old and not cleaned properly. Everywhere we see electric wires in rooms very scary under your bed anytime shock may be happen then I are going. Food not very good taste Rooms services not very good Not a clean room

  Its good

  I gotta a job in saudi dammam with my friends i came here from Florida and for 2to3 weeks we had to stay here and it was very good and nice and this neighborhood had many foreigners from us and the EU and it was pretty good actually now i stay and work in dammam in a compound in dammam and dammam is kinda cool accuatally and i. Liked the hotel but just a bit more changes would be goodso ya its good ,

  Fantastic steak meal

  Tried this rooftop hotel and was amazed at the quality of the meals. We ordered Tenderloin steak which was accompanied by a sauce, vegetables and mashed potatoes. Top quality cooking and very reasonable prices. Clean restaurant, tastefully decorated with great service. Definitely up there with the best in Jubail.

  Just an overpriced average hotel

  We had been there for 3 days and its totally not worth it. Though the room was quiet spacious and nice with a balcony , its the housekeeping and the breakfast buffet that are really problematic. Firstly , there is no proper housekeeping even when u tell them to clean it , they do it half heartedly . I mean u dont really expect a cleaned room to still have used water bottles lying on the table And towel on the sofa just the way u had left it. The Kitchen has no pans, spoons or anything at all. Heck they didnt even have a socket where to plug in the electric kettle . When asked they provided the extension but then again cups were shabbily kept on top of each other. Most of the lights in the room were quiet dim and the lamp shades didnt work. We asked them to replace them which they did . Thank God !!! Then the breakfast buffet, honestly who serves the same limited menu every day. And its mostly Indian veg breakfast. Agreed it has a rooftop dining area but then whats the use when u r serving such a limited choice of breakfast and that too same . There are much better hotels in the same price . Please check them !
