  Brilliant start to the year

  We stayed at Hotel Cristallo from 31st Dec until 7th Jan, and I can't think of a better way to start the year. The hotel is very well-located; 5-min walk to the slopes but with a super-efficient minibus service on demand reducing the journey time to literally 1 minute. The hotel itself has a lovely, family atmosphere and every single staff member was warm, friendly and super-professional. The waiting staff were adept at identifying our needs and even when stretched by the dining room at full capacity managed to make us feel well looked after at every meal. The food was excellent - a great choice every day, and the complimentary buffet lunches were a very welcome and pleasant surprise. The New Year's Eve dinner was a joy - kids happily established at mini-club and adults able to enjoy a multi-course gourmet feast in peace! The mini club was an excellent service throughout the holiday and well done to Emilia and Andrea for making it such fun. A special thanks to Ornella for her professionalism, creativity and stories. Big 'complimenti' to Diego, Erna and the family for the genuine hospitality and attention to detail - we will definitely be back!

  Fantastic family hotel!

  We only stayed briefly due to a hickup of the tour operator, but this short stay was a real treat!! Spotless cosy rooms, lovely family atmosphere with incredibly welcoming and helpful (multitasking) staff. Dinner is a joy: super starters buffet, followed by waitress service with typical Italian style 1st course of pasta, rice or soup dishes followed by a 2nd course of meat and - off course - a wonderful dessert. Great selection of wines too.

  Outstanding

  We had a junior suit in the attic area, which was excellent; very comfy, very cosy and absolutely spotlessly clean. The food in this hotel is oustanding and the service is excellent. In fact, everyone working there, that we cme into contact with, was friendly and helpful. If you are there to ski, they also offer minibus transfers to the lifts. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and we will definitely be back.

  The best hotel I stayed in

  This magnificent hotel contained anything we wanted and needed. The hotel is surrounded with marvelous views of the mountains. We wanted to go up the mountains with a cable car, and it was just a few minutes walking from several cable cars. In the morning we had a diverse and rich breakfast. The room was great - it was clean and tidy, well equipped, and the bed was super convinient. It was very comfortable that the hotel has bar. And the thing that makes this hotel more than just a wonderful hotel, is the finest staff I have ever met. I am speechless to describe how they helped us when we definitely needed help. All the staff, one by one, did above and beyond in order to let us enjoy our vacation. And they did everything with such a big smile, humanity and integrity. It was a pure plessure to stay at this hotel! I would love to come back and happily recommend everyone to visit it.

  Unforgettable family holidays

  Excellent family hotel only 250 meters from the skiing lift (even with transport which we used for 4 and 7 years old children). Delicious food, friendly atmosphere, clean and huge rooms. Wellness area with saunas, big whirlpool and amazing massages. All staff extremely helpful. We are coming back again. Thank you so much
