  Lovely hotel with cracking views. all the staff were warm and welcoming and the hotel itself had pool hot tub and spa and as we were traveling on a motorcycle the underground garage with private area for motorbikes was great, breakfast was fab and we would definitely stay here again.

  Great rooms, great people, great food and wonderful area!

  We came in a group on motorcycles. All bikes were stored over night in an underground garage. Our room was newly renovated with an interior made of stone pine. This wood has a wonderful smell and was helped us to a wonderful sleep. The bathroom was also new and modern. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This is even more remarkable as we came towards the end of the summer season. Thank you very much! The breakfast buffet was very rich. Local products and even an omelette station. Nothing to be missed at all. The dinner selection with our half-board reservation was very creative and each meal was very enjoyable! We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stray and can highly recommend the Hotel Cristallo!

  Wonderful hotel

  Our group of 9 Aussies stayed at Cristallo for a week, cycling and exploring the local area. We all enjoyed it very much. The hotel is very comfortable and spacious, the staff are all lovely, the food is very good - and generous - and the facilities for cyclists are excellent. Everyone wanted to come back!

  Motorbike Paradise

  I cannot say how wonderful this hotel is, especially for motorcyclists. They make every effort to make you feel welcome. The garage is reserved just for bikes, you can even watch the security video from your room. The saunas, pool and hot tub are excellent and unlike most hotels in Italy, they dont throw you out exactly at 7pm which is when most real rides stop for the day They also agreed, at no charge, to hold my Moto for a transporter to pick up when I decided to fly back home to Luxembourg rather than ride. Staff did everything with kindness and patience. A REAL GEM

  Lovely hotel - staff were amazing

  My husband and I stayed here recently. Sadly I had a cycling accident on my first outing. The staff were very helpful arranging taxis , advising how to get to the hospital, pharmacies etc. The food was excellent. The afternoon treats go fast as they are super yummy. The evening meals were delicious, we ate there a few times. Breakfast had a wide range of choices . The hotel is well maintained and has excellent facilities. Definitely a place to stay if you are in the Dolomites. Motorbikes, cycling, hiking , driving you can do it all from there. The village is lovely, not the easiest on crutches though as I discovered .
