  Mixed feelings

  And so true, that "mixed feelings" is the best description of the place. This hotel belongs to a 4 star hotel chain called Saint Jane but is basically a hostel. Supplies like soap, towel, table napkins are of first quality, but neither accommodation, nor food or other services are up to such a high rank. The place was packed with extremely nice Czech guests, skiers. Personal was very friendly. Cleaning was excellent, but the waiters were so much overloaded by the work they had to perform day after day that it was truly painful to see them literally running up and down to feed approx. 150-200 diners at a time. Here I have to mention Alessandro whose role in the hotel remained an open question to everybody. He was supposed to play the piano from 7p.m. to 10 p.m. but after half an hour he stopped and had dinner until 9. :) He was a real hick - sorry but no better word for that - and his presence in a theoratically 4 star hotel was ridiculously embarrassing.

  Supermodern trendy Hotel

  This was an old Hotel totally renowated, except from windows as partly the Balcony. Very modern and trendy in this nice skicka area even if we where here during summer time. Small rooms but good enough for short stay. Bathroom was ok. Nice view from Balcony with 2 chairs as small table. Beds great and also pillows but no AC. The smallest flat TV I ever seen in Hotel...not good. Breakfast is great for Italian people but very much sweet food for Nordic people. No warm food at all....mostly cakes as sweet croissants. Very price worth. 89 incl breakfast for 2 persons.

  Nice and clean, but not 4 stars

  I had a nice time there. Awesome friendly and helpful staff (thanks for that!), but very noisy other guets and hotel staff do nothing :( Clean, but not new rooms. Good dinners, but not good brekfeast (All week just one tipe of eggs (not good) and one ham, chesse and salami (still the same)). Nice location and scenery from room!! :-) All week was O.K.

  Very good choice

  We have spent 5 days at this hotel. It is very comfortable and well positioned hotel in Aprica, you can start and finish your day with ski on feet, Hotel is next to piste. Building is older but well maintained ant the best goal of this place is staff. All the members of hotel staff are very friendly and accommodate to all guest. This is the way it should be. We were very satisfied with our staying there. Dishes, swimming pool and saunas is just cherry on top. Very reasonable price and quality of this place. Hopefully next Year again.

  Nice hotel in good location when it snows

  This hotel could do with better soundproofing. We were on the 3rd floor and could clearly hear the chairs in restaurant 2 floors below scraping on the floor. Rooms are small but adequate with balcony with mountain views. Staff are all lovely and work tirelessly 24/7. We unfortunately were there when there was a large school group with their parents. They were not inclusive of the few others in the hotel (about 20 of us) so it meant that myself and my kids had no contact with others unlike on other ski trips. Can ski straight to the door when it snows.
