  Ok, but a bit noisy

  This is a typical ski hotel, located at the foot of a ski lift. In winter I can imagine this is a very busy area. Although we were here in the middle of the summer season, it was very quiet. The room was a little small but had everything we needed. The bed (we had one bed) was too small. We slept ok but in a hotel you expect bigger beds. Everything was clean and looked new (sheets, duvets). Overall not a bad room, but the price was a bit high for it. The hotel was very noisy, we could head the neighbours talk, the elevator go, people and dogs walking and barking on the stairs, if you are a bad sleeper you're in trouble. Also I didn't like the children screaming and running through the hotel late at night when we were trying to sleep. The wifi is free, but you need an italian phone number to register and since we are not italian, we could not get access. The breakfast was good and offered freshly baked cake (still warm from the oven), croissants, artisan bread and yoghurt.

  Stay clear

  Took a group out here for skiing. Hotel stinks of gas, cleaning staff do not understand please do not disturb, food is good, it's close to the slopes which is an added extra bonus. It's a very quiet resort but you don't really expect much more. That's about it really, if you want a sore head all the time this is the hotel to come to!

  Very friendly staff, but an overpriced hotel

  We stayed at this hotel for one night because of its great location at the bottom of the slopes. It is well-placed for the lifts up to the slopes. However, that was where the benefits stopped. The hotel is shabby and there was a strong smell of gas when we walked in. Our room was very worn and the bathroom light switch did not work. We waited for over four hours for someone to fix it. The receptionist was very nice and did her best to get someone to come and mend the light but the wait was too long. When we got to the point when we did not want to wait any longer someone did come to fix the light. In addition, we had no toilet roll in our bathroom and had to get some from the bathroom next door. The bed linen was clean but had lots of old marks on the sheets. The hotel had been used by a school group and the wear and tear of the hotel would indicate this was the case. However, my objection was the price we were charged. It really was not worth the price they were asking. The breakfast was extremely poor quality and the food, milk etc... was not replenished frequently enough for the quantity of people in the dining room. The tea and coffee machine was inadequate for the number of people using it and was poorly located. I would not recommend this hotel, other than for the friendliness of the staff.
