Friendly and helpful staffWe stayed here for 4 nights as part of Leger coach holiday, the first impressions was a little disappointing with all the shutters down on the rooms windows. It is quite a large hotel catering for several large groups efficiently. The town is in interesting countryside and a good base touting. The corridors could do with reprinting a lighter colour and better lighting, the room was a good size overlooking the road so it was a little noisy in the mornings. The buffet breakfast in the mornings offered a good range of foods with friendly staff offering assistance when required. Evening meals offered a choice of menus selected at breakfast. If you want to walk down to the Main Street, there is a short cut down the lift next to the bar. This saves a long walk, but if you use make a note of where you come out on to the street becuse it is not obvious when you return and the is a call button at the side to open the doors.

Friendly staffstopped in hotel for 3 nights, staff friendly and helpful. Food was very average and portions were not very big. Hotel was beautiful inside but not designed for elderly people, lots of stairs. Lifts small and have to take your cases up one flight of stairs to get to one of the lifts. Coach couldn't get to outside hotel so had to take cases up to the top of the road which was on a slope.

Enjoyed our stayA little dated but a very smart typical Italian Hotel. We had a huge room, wooden floors and enough space for a dance practice if you needed. Because of the size it was a bit cold but had a nice balcony and excellent wifi. The bed was comfortable but it was a metal frame bed, unusual these days by typical of the hotel era. The walls seemed quite thin as it was possible to hear your neighbours better than you would think. Reception area, lounges and restaurant were all very smart and pleasant. Meals were typically Italian as you would expect, 4 or 5 courses, and the waitress service very friendly and efficient.

typically italianstayed here for 3 nights with leger jewels of Italy tour, food was good and lots of choice, rooms were great typical Italian decoration staff were just amazing, my girlfriend ended up in hospital with a broken rib ( not diagnosed before we travelled) and the staff were brilliant even got the ambulance driver to let our rep Sharon travel with us, they were very caring and considerate. Some people were moaning about the food but if they had asked the staff would of cooked them something else but instead they chose to moan to all, people should remember when going to Italy you live the way they live that's what travelling is all about embrace the Italian lifestyle it is brilliant

a very good place to stayThe things i like most about Leger Holidays is the wonderful staff and the different types of people that i was able to meet including the tour guides and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, Our 2 Drivers were Paul and Craig and they did their very best to help me and the others in and out of the hotel on or off duty, That being said there are a few points that could be addressed ; 1. The included food , Breakfast the cooked options.processed egg, undercooked bacon, and hot dog sausage, and a toasting machine that didn't work properly, and i witnessed that the so called chef reused what we didn't eat for the next day so by the end of the week the egg had been microwave that much it had started to go GREEN I would not have served that to my neighbours dog, 2 Dinner options; Although everyone have a choice of at least 2 main options a night ,by midweek it seemed as if they didn't care for us Brits ,for example,[a so called candle light dinner] , as soon as the other hotel guests left the dining room all the lights went back on , the upstairs bar in the Hotel Cristallo wasn't open for us at all , only by chance was it open because other groups from other tour companies were staying for a few nights, and by thursday the chef seemed to be reusing the veal that was supposed be fresh in at least 3 other dinner meals , so by Friday night no one was looking forwards to our last dinner meal provided by Leger .
