  Muy comodo!

  La atencion del personal es excelente. El hotel es muy lindo y ofrece el servicio de all inclusive. Las comidas no son muy buenas pero aceptables para el precio que pagamos. La habitacion que nos toco muy comoda, limpia y bien equipada. Hay dias que organizan shows en vivo. La ubicacion esta ok, aunque en mi opinion Creta sin auto no se puede apreciar. El hotel te ofrece estacionamiento gratis.

  Nice hotel

  Weve spent 1 week in their 1 living room+1 bedroom apartment. The entire hotel is very clean, well maintained and in good condition. They pay attention to keep all regualtions related to Covid, but at the same time you can feel comfortable. It is located on the main street, very closed to beach, shops, bus stop and restaurants.

  Fantastic service, and very clean hotel

  We stayed at Creta Palm in september 2020, and we booked the vacation, because we had a bad experience earlier this summer, and we needed a good vacation. We had on beforehand send an email to the hotel, if it was possible to get a room in ground floor with a seaview. They gave us a room in ground floor as requested, but it didn't have sea view, because that doesn't exist on that hotel. So they gave me what I asked for. We wasn't that happy, so we asked for another room, and we were told it could be possible the day after, that was fantastic for us, that it was possible, so we went to the breakfast buffet, and 2 minutes later, the waiter came to us, and said there already was a new room that day, and we should just go to the reception. WOOOW what a service. They could have waited until we came down. They could have waited until the next day, they could actually also just turn us down. But no, they went the extra mile. THANK YOU SO MUCH. The cleaning lady was also fanstastic, you could tell, that she really loved her job, always smiling and happy. And she was good at her job, very clean rooms. The room we got was with a fantastic view over Kato Stalos and the sea, only downside is, that you are a little too close to you neighbours, but that is not a big problem. The pools are also very nice and they are really deep in the deep end. We didn't like the all inclusive that much, but it has a big variation of food. Thankfully there are lots and lots of good restaurant nearby and in Chania. THANK YOU AGAIN TEAM CRETA PALM.

  Wonderful Holiday

  Fabulous hotel we stayed for 2 weeks in a beautiful one bed apartment with a sea view, the room was spotless and cleaned every day (except Sunday) by the lovely housekeepers. The bed was so comfortable and the linens were fresh and soft. Every member of staff were wonderful, helpful,friendly and nothing was too much trouble,the staff went out of their way to help if you needed anything. We arrived for our 20th Wedding Anniversary and was greeted by a lovely cake,card and a bottle of wine, thank you. Everywhere at the resort was clean and tidy and well sanitised with plenty of hand sanitisers etc. We only had bar food at the hotel which was great value...as were the drinks..and top notch. We would like to thank namely Nickolas , Sofia and all the Reception staff for all their friendliness and help, Pedro the barman who is lovely,attentive,friendly and brilliant at his job. A massive Yamas to the lovely Elmeria at the second pool bar she was the most loveliest lady and was fantastic fun, the meals we had at the pool were wonderful and Elmeria is so friendly and helpful and makes everyone feel like family. We miss you Elmiria x We will certainly return to Creta Palm it is beautiful and we thank you for our wonderful holiday especially at this trying time with COVID. Big Yamas to you all. xx

  Nice hotel with excellent staff

  We stayed 10 nights at Creta Palm. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day, the food was delicious and varied. Beach 2 min walk from the hotel, shops very close as well. We rented a car and visited good few places araund the area. It is a good location if you want to go to Balos, Falasarna, Preveli, Elafonissi (considering renting a car). And of course we want to thank all the restaurant staff making our stay pleasant: Grigoris, Stella, Nikoleta, Sofia, the chef and the rest of the team (can't remember all the names, I'm sorry). We will definitely come back!!!
