  Great place to stay, great location, No complaints!

  We originally had booked a bed and breakfast in the area, and once we got to winter park (after a 25 hour drive), our rooms in the B&B was "double booked". BUT....We found the Crestview and it was FANTASTIC!!! We loved staying here. So clean, convient, and just perfect!

  Great Management Company, Too Hot, Too many stairs!!!

  We stayed one night at Crestview Place, Unit 603. June 28, 2009 Pros: The management Company did not have the unit ready when we arrived, so we went to eat and when we came back the room was ready and Vacations Inc. gave us cash for the inconvenience. There were six adults in our group and we had plenty of room. Nice big living-dinning room. Close to shopping and dinning at the Copper Creek Square. Cons: Too many stairs, Too hot! No air conditioning, No fans and most windows did not open. The upstairs was like an oven and no window covers to stop morning sun. Needs some updating overall nice place.

  Crestview Place Unit 603

  We stayed here over Christmas 2014. We had 3 teenage boys with us, plus myself and my husband Pro: Spacious. Nice upgraded kitchen, 3 bathrooms. gas fireplace, nice view. My two younger teens stayed in the loft, my husband and I in the Master, and my other son in the guest bedroom. Cons: layout is a bit odd, heat hard to control, hard to unlock front door. We cooked most every breakfast and dinner in. The kitchen was nice and for simple meals the supply of cooking equipment was sufficient. The layout: you enter on the lower level. This is where the master and guest bedroom are (2 bathrooms). The master is sort of an en suite, so noise from the bathroom makes it hard for other to sleep later. The guest bedroom is actually like a real hotel room (separate bath and room down hall). My son loved it. No bath on main level (kitchen, living, dining). Loft is fairly spacious but small bath. But not as cramped as a loft my son slept in in Snowmass. Baseboard heating. Sort of weird. But we loved gas fireplace. WiFi - free but service was spotty Noise level: we didn't hear hardly anything until the last night when we heard a neighbor taking a shower at 1 am. We're on the top so we're not sure where the noise was coming from. Overall very good. Would stay here again. Location is convenient and we had covered parking for both our cars.

  What a shame.

  Crestview Place - we stayed at unit 510. When we arrived and went to the second bedroom we noticed there was no queen bed as we were told - it was a so called loft bed or Murphy bed that folds up into the wall. The mattress was terrible as was the master bedroom mattress. The loft bed frame had a lot of mold and wasn't something I wanted to touch. And the sofa bed was even worse quality. To make things worse when you open both you can't walk in the room. There is no table or rack for luggage. There are closets but the hangers were too dirty to use. The blankets and pillows were few, old, and hadn't been cleaned in a long time. One of the pillows was clearly marked as a decorative pillow that had been repurposed as a bed pillow. The flooring is old carpet on the whole apartment even the kitchen and bathrooms. You can imagine how dirty and disgusting that would be after even a short time. My son had on white socks and in a few minutes they were black. As for style, it's very outdated. Which its ok to a certain point. But certain things in a house has to be changed. Especially bedroom linens. The only reason we stayed for the two nights was because we made the reservation through hotels.com and had no way to get our money back. Another thing - it does not have ac and they have only a little tiny fan which does not help. On the plus side, The location is excellent, right in town, walkable to lots of places and very convenient to activities. The living room and dining are very spacious. There is parking, even a garage with several spaces. I can't understand how someone has a place and doesn't have any pride and take care of it. I definitely would not recommend this unit to others because of the reasons I mentioned.

  Crestview - Unit 607

  This was one of the rare places we have stayed at where the property was so much prettier and nicer than the photos illustrated. The place is absolutely beautiful and the pictures failed to reflect what is truly beautiful about this unit. The pictures appear to have been updated since our stay last month and better reflect how tall, open, and beautiful the unit is. There should also be photos showing how beautiful the views are. This unit has spectacular views out toward the slopes on one side of the unit by the dining room table/kitchen, and then has beautiful views out toward the town area from the family room. It was so lovely. The unit is on the sixth floor split over 3 levels with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The first floor had two bedrooms and two full bathrooms with bathtubs. One bedroom had a mostly open bathroom (with a separate room for the potty) and a queen bed with a wide window and skylight. The second room had an entirely enclosed bathroom with large floor to ceiling windows with a queen bed and twin bed. The middle floor had a small kitchen, dining room table with six chairs, a small balcony facing the slopes, a cozy living room with a propane fireplace, and a large and tall window (opposite the balcony view) facing the downtown area and the mountains behind it. The third room was the loft with two smallish beds and a really small bathroom looking down into the main room. The bathroom was so tiny, it was hard to believe there was a shower. The complex also had an underground garage, which was so lovely, especially with the cold weather and the mounds of stuff we had. The furnishings/fixtures were a little dated, but everything was well-taken care of, clean, and lovely. We had originally booked the unit because the map showed the unit was only 0.5 miles away from the slopes. This was not the case and it was much farther. We would not have booked here had we known the real distance. Nonetheless, based on how nice the unit was, we were quite pleased and would happily stay here again. The map appears to have been corrected since our stay last month. We had a lovely stay.
