  My overall rating is that the facility was Good

  This is a relatively an old facility. So I would like to suggest that this hotel be upgraded to meet the latest demands, like in other Cresta hotels, there are USB charging portals everywhere. Which is convenient for clients

  RELAXING AND GOOD LOCATION FOR OUR VISIT

  Hello Greg and all your staff who did your best to look after us. We got there just in time in March before the world went into lockdown. We contacted the housekeeping staff in advance to ask for freshly washed pillows (due covid) and they did exactly that along with crisp white sheets. We were often given lifts about and help with the local way of ATMs etc. Always in Gaborone we were treated with courtesy and had amazing conversations with lots of people in and near the hotel and shopping mall (very close to hotel) and of course at Babusi 14. The food was tasty, but the service rather slow (but I am sure you have had time to fix that!). Room furniture a little jaded as were some of the sunbeds around your lovely pool. Visits by monkeys were great but they didn't bother anyone - it is Africa after all! This was a very special visit for us and we thank you all for your kindness. We do hope that you and your families will fare well at this time.

  Modesty is a virtue

  Cresta Lodge great ambience, good people, good vibe, just humble staff, went an extra kilometers for us. Love the confidence, friendliness of staff, the naturalness of it all. thank you for hosting us.

  Worst ever experience

  31/12/2020 got to cresta with a pure intention of being there to enjoy the end of a year and welcome a new one. My excitement was cut short by the conditions we found there. Firstly the room we got allocated did not have a proper working aircorn, it was hot, called reception from room service without an answer til I called with my own phone. They took hours to come check it out and another hour waiting for feedback . Later given another room and it was dirty, dusty, drainage in the tubs was poor, everything falling off unfortunately it was already late and couldn't opt out to another facility due to curfew restrictions . When checking out, reported all this that am not happy and all she could say was *sorry*. This was the worst experience ever

  My personal experience with the lodge

  Booked the place for a weekend with my wife. Had the best experience ever. We really enjoyed our stay. The 1st day the reception was top class, the room was so clean and with a note that the room has been disinfected. The whole stay was superb
