  Excellent Hotel with a spa-area. Very friendly staff. Even though we only stayed one night (this time), we enjoyed the place. Breakfast-room with fantastic view over the Flimserstein. Located in a cul-de-sac, thus no traffic noise.

  Very cute place!

  We spent great time here. The staff is very friendly, they give good advice. The restaurant has an amazing view and the rooms are cosy and cute. The SPA area is also very nice to relax. I totally recommend!

  Very very special location!

  Super hotel. Splendid location and very good food. The rooms are very cleany and nice. Vote 9. Personal is super and Spa is very very beautiful. There is a little bar where you can drink a cocktail or a glass of wine. Breakfast is very well.

  Very enjoyable stay

  We have just come back from spending a week at the Cresta this August. Overall, we were very happy with our stay - convenient location in Flims Waldhaus, peaceful garden setting with fantastic views across to the Flimserstein, and the hotel comes with a very well appointed Wellness including 2 outdoor pools. Our (minor) feedback would be that the food is a little bit unrefined compared to similar 3 star Swiss hotels we have stayed at (but still very tasty) and the hotels owners seemed less present than might be expected for a family run hotel (but the staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful when it came to arranging tickets / lift passes). These are both small points though and we would certainly stay again and recommend the Cresta to anyone wanting to stay in Flims.

  Lovely staff in an average hotel

  From the second we set foot in this hotel, the staff was adorable until we left. All friendly and helpful, they even offered to help us make dinner reservations in case we wanted not to dine at the hotel. The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet area and just a few minutes away from the beautiful Cauma lake. We had a room in the main building just under the roof. It was very hot. The beds were too soft for my liking and the pillow very thin, so I had trouble sleeping as I felt like leaning backwards. The bathroom was was very outdated with a definite 80s style and both the sink and bathtub were clogged. They have two pools, a natural one which looks like a charming pond and a second heated one that is part of their spa facilities. I tried bathing but had to leave after not even 10 minutes as it was full of misbehaving children with no adult supervision. I even assembled my little German to remind them they were not alone but they did not seem to care. The restaurant was serving a single menu, I suppose due to the COVID-19 as it was the case in another hotel during our holidays. Food was forgettable. And so was the breakfast. Customers were in general very loud as well, full of families. Overall, I was disappointed with this hotel. For ~230 CHF (230$) a night, I was expecting more. Unfortunately hotels in Switzerland rarely are a good value for money.
