  Hotel de tres estrellas que nada tiene que envidiar a los de 4

  Hotel espacioso, limpio, tranquilo, con televisor, minibar e internet por cable gratis. El baño correcto, con secador pero únicamente con ducha. Estaba limpio pero se veía antiguo. El desayuno buffet muy completo y la localización en el centro de Kranj, al cruzar la calle se llega al casco antiguo.

  4 stars without anything

  This is a 4 star hotel but I would give max. 2. The hotel is clean an everthing works but there is nothing special. There is nothing in the hotel, the rooms are very small. Even the food is not so good. Staff is kind and helpful but the hotel is expensive. I have no idea how got 4 star this hotel. On booking the hotel offers free wifi, that's not true, you have tp pay for it.

  Good location

  Nice and helpful staff. The rooms were a little bit outdated with Swedish standards but is good enough to spend a night or two. The location is good in the middle of the center. Please ask for a room facing the river.

  three stars plus

  + - The hotel is exactly in the city center, with parking places. - Food is good (breakfast and dinner also). - brand new tv - - Free wifi is only in the lobby. - mouldy shower - No fridge or minibar in the room (they have the place under the table so maybe they will upgrade the rooms later).

  Terrible service

  Went there for work - didn't stay in the hotel, only visited the restaurant. I ordered a lemonade. The waitress was not even trying to smile or be polite - it was almost like she was hissing everything she said. And then, she brought the receipt and my colleague asked her to split the check. She rolled the eyes and almost yelled she doesn't have time for that. Also, she charged me double (as if my portion of lemonade was so big) and said she made me more than she should have. Didn't even ask me or tell me if that is okay before i drank it. Overall,sadly, such a terrible service it completely ruined the reputation of the restaurant and the hotel.
