  Very Nice Hotel with Exellent location not far from High-speed train Zhengzhou East Station

  I did stay just one day in this Very Nice Hotel during my business trip to China. Large and Very clean room with comfortable bed and beatyful panoramic view from the window to the city. Location is Exellent for Travellers, just few minutes from High-speed train Zhengzhou East Station. Top quality coffee in Lobby Bar downstairs.

  Deagon boat festival holiday

  Stayed 3 nights over Dragon boat festival. Room 1232 which is a suite with separate living room, walking in wardrobe and 2nd toilet.Nice room and facilities. Breakfast is quite repetitive with apparent no changes day to day. Executive lounge is one of the most basic been too Buffet its ok This is 2nd stay at this hotel so it's not bad. No swimming pool though. Railway station is 15 mins walk away Location is good with a local mall and dining, drinking area next door Respected a titanium member and recommend this hotel

  Very nice place to stay, near railway station

  Warm welcome in english, staff is nice and professionnal. Very fast check-in and chek out. Rooms are very big and confortable, breakfast was good. Despite a lot of traffic and ralway station not far, no noise and had a good sleep. I can recommend this hotel without problem.

  Staff went extra miles to help

  I was in Zhengzhou for business. Unfortunately, I was caught in the recent movement in HK and mis connected my flight to zhengzhou. I was flew to haikou and onto zhengzhou without my luggage. I arrived the hotel extra late and the front desk staff was very helpful. They went beyond what I expected from a Courtyard and helped me to locate my luggage as the airline refused to help. Their staff even contacted Sheraton where I was staying the following day. I would totally go back and stay at this hotel again, not to mention that they are only 17 minutes train away from the airport and has a shopping mall next door. Food from their own restaurant was not bad either nicely presented and scrumptious.

  Great Location, Helpful staff

  The hotel is located right in the heart of the Zhengzhou east financial district. It is situated very close to the East train station and has 2 malls right next to it both offering very good food options. There are plenty of bars and places of eat around this hotel. The hotel restaurant itself is good with a decent variety of western food. The rooms were amazing. I had been upgraded to a business executive room for free for being a bonvoy memeber and the size of the room was huge. The housekeeping was also on point. The ambience of the hotel is like any other budget courtyard. Do not expect a crazy lobby or restaurants. You stay here for a good room but not for the hotel itself. It has basic facilities and thats it. There's also nothing to do around the hotel as such. If you want to stay closer to city life maybe you can stay near the Novotel or JW in the city.
