  Very pleasing stay

  This hotel was probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in in a very long time. Our room was very clean and nicely furnished. The bed was also very comfortable. The only downfall is the location isnt the best. We wouldve like a few more restaurants to choose from but it would not deter me from staying there again. Delivery options were readily available.

  A night and days difference

  My family and I stayed at the Courtyard in Winchester Virginia this weekend due to a funeral. The rooms were very clean, beds soft, in general for the hotel all was great. As for the staff, it was a night and day difference literally. The bar tender at the bar was very rude and more worried about flirting with the men customers than the family or women. However, in the morning we had a lovely experience with your barista, each and every guest mattered to her and she went above and beyond with presentation and little extras that was lacking the night before. Overall, my family and I recommend the place as long as you dont go to the bar at night.

  Nice newer hotel near Walmart and restaurants.

  My wife and I stayed 1 night with a hotel Pre Pay. A friendly masked receptionist quickly noted our paid reservation, checked my photo and made a credit card pending charge then issued our key card. We took one of their 2 elevators up to the 4th floor. Our requested quiet room faced the noisy freeway but otherwise the large carpeted #410 had a comfortable king, large refer, micro, coffee/tea and a fully equipped bathroom with delayed hot water and tub shower. The huge TV had a simple sequence of the normal desired channels, a working desk, a good window AC and great WiFi. We did laps for 30 minutes in their clean 16' x 40' indoor pool, next to the nice gym, both reserved at reception. No breakfast was provided but items were available to order at the lobby bar. This half occupied 80 room hotel was super clean with staff and most clients masked, perfectly sited to the freeway bypass with Walmart, IHOP, Applebee's and Bojangles just up the road. For us, an excellent stay but expensive without breakfast at $105 per night.

  Horrible Service

  Stayed with my brother and friends and room was dirty upon check in. I reported this and asked that room get cleaned the following morning. This was never done. I was told GM was out of country by FD staff do I could not discuss this with GM.I originally did a review in September, but GM contacted my company saying it was unprofessional and I was told I needed to take my review down. What was VERY unprofessional was the way I was treated and made to feel. The GM not once reached out to me. Instead he made me feel as if my opinion as an Marriott employee didn't matter and that they can treat employees differently. My brother and I frequently visit the area, but the way I was treated, I will NEVER stay here again! I also still have pics of the room and food everywhere. You would think that during a pandemic that they would do better with the cleanliness.

  COVID traveling

  We stayed here for a weekend getaway in the middle of the pandemic. This was an excellent location between Harpers Ferry and the Family Drive-In in Stephens City. It was very reassuring to see that the hotel was taking extra steps to keep everything clean. We didnt spend much time in the room. We did get good sleep and felt comfortable that we were in a clean place. We would stay here again on another visit to this area.
