  Don't stay on a Sunday night!

  Clean, good value and really nice friendly staff. We booked in for one night and glad it was only one. Although "downtown" there is not a lot in the general vicinity. The restaurant and bar closed on a Sunday which was most disappointing after hours of travelling. There is a little shop right next to reception selling essentials but no beer or wine. We ended up getting an Uber Eats in. Not our usual experience of any type of Marriott and to say we were disappointed by these little things would be an understatement. Upon checking the Marriott website it fails to mention that the restaurant/bar are closed on Sundays as we would have stayed elsewhere. Our stay was comfortable (we had two rooms) and parking is in a multi storey right next to the hotel.

  A two night stay

  My husband and I stayed here for two nights on a short road trip. It's in downtown Wilmington and when we were there, there was some construction on the roads around the hotel. The parking is in a parking structure next to the hotel, but the hotel will validate your parking ticket. We had a little problem getting our car on the first morning. I don't think the person at the parking structure was familiar with the Marriott validation. We didn't pay for any parking the time we were there. Our room was spacous and clean. It had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker, but no safe. The bathroom was narrow, the toilet was low and not alot of vanity space. The sitting area had a "chair" that was made more for lounging rather than sitting. There was an outside area for sitting that was comfortable. Although watch that chair you take outside. I think my original chair was broken. The a/c in our room wasn't working right and we weren't told about it. We decided not to move as we were there for only two nights. The hotel was easy to get to and if you have business in downtown Wilmington, this place is probably in a good location for it.

  Valets Will Jordan and Jacob

  I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel for a business trip and all three of the valets that helped me during My visit were super helpful not just with my car but my luggage and even helping with restaurant recommendations within walking distance. Will, Jordan and Jacob were all great!

  Comfortable stay

  Hotel staff was very friendly. Check in was easy. Hotel is small, food serve was not being offered. Really no frills on this stay. Was able to reserve gym room. Room was very small along with bathroom. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Downtown area around hotel was very quite not a lot going on due to COVID. Parking was connected to hotel just around the corner.

  Front desk was the best!

  Both of the front desk guys were amazing! They helped us tremendously! The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of great restaurants. Rooms very comfortable. If we are ever passing through Delaware again, we will be back.
