  Remarkable front desk, especially late at night!

  The service we received from the manager on duty, Jonathan Fabietti was superb, unlike anything I've ever experienced in my travels. We must have given him countless requests for extra amenities, towels, etc. throughout the night. Each time, he was prompt, efficient and maintained such a pleasant demeanor. I felt like I was at the RItz. You could tell he works extremely hard. The next morning before we checked out, we spoke about his career ambitions and he told us that he was fresh out of college. I would have never guessed it and to be honest, given the way he conveyed everything, you would think he had operated luxury hotels in NYC. I'm stunned he isn't a general manager. Years ago, I worked as a manager in a five star hotel. I could tell this young man is more than capable of running a property on his own. Marriott should be blessed to have a professional of this caliber represent its brand.

  Johns thin was the nicest most helpful person I believe I have every come across. He always has a smile on his face and his knowledge when I have a question is on point. When I come back to Long Island or NYC, Ill be staying here again solely because of Johnathon. By the way, you have the most wonderful staff of any hotel Ive ever stayed in. All the clerks were so so very nice. And the hotel is beautiful. -Dawn

  Great Service!

  I was very impressed by the service when I checked in at an odd hour. Luckily I was in Jonathan Fabiettis capable hands. He found me a room right way, walked me through the amenities and got up to my room quickly! A great guy who will someday make his mark on the hospitality industry.

  Good stay

  While much of the hotels normal functionality is closed because of COVID, the room itself was nice, spacious, clean. It was an enjoyable stay, but the hotel was fairly crowded, which made for some noisy neighbors, but what can you do. The adjoining doors don't do a whole lot in the way of blocking out sound.

  Excellent quite stay

  My husband and I just stayed four nights here for a wedding we had in town. Check-in was very quick and the agent was very friendly. Our room was located on the 6th floor which was very quiet throughout our stay. The room was spacious and very clean upon arrival. There was plenty of parking and the grounds looked beautiful with a large outside fire pit. We did not get to spend much time at the hotel but would definitely go back and enjoy it some more. The pool and bistro on site were closed due to covid and the gym is open by appointment only. Housekeeping is by request only with 24 advanced notice. This did not bother us one bit but just thought i would pass along this information for those looking to book during covid. Upon check-in the agent informed us that the rooms had been kept empty for three days prior to renting it out.
