  Courtyard in a John Deere Warehouse? Brilliant!

  An old John Deere warehouse completely refurbished into the coolest Courtyard Ive ever seen. High ceilings (lobby and rooms), original pillars still in place throughout the building, but the makeover is modern and fun. Friendly service. The Bistro was great.

  Not clean

  I understand the hotel industry is struggling during the pandemic. However, the room was dirty upon arrival. Food was left from previous guest in the refrigerator. The shower wasnt clean and the bedding was, well....damp. The rooms are dark and really have poor lighting. The bistro is the worst of all the courtyards I have seen. The restaurant and bar has closed permanently. Staff are absent. I hate to say, but I might be checking other hotels in the future. Btw- a business themed hotel should have coffee brewed and available at all times.

  Sanitary and comfortable

  Masked and shielded desk staff checked us in quickly and efficiently. The rooms are interesting as this hotel was converted from a large warehouse or factory building, and there are tall ceilings and big rooms. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Bathroom was spacious with a good shower. Pandemic closed the bar and the Blue Iguana, so there is no food in the hotel (but the Single Speed was great and is in walking distance). Will choose this hotel again in the future.

  I do not recommend

  First off, they have a mandatory mask policy and yet no one in the hotel or even the staff wear them. They even held an event while I was there with a large group of people and no one showed any concern for masks or distancing. My first room wouldnt let me in. 3 attempts to get in with reprogrammed cards did nothing. They switched my room and it worked. I could hear every word of the couple in the next room. Turns out that they didnt seal off the windows well and its almost open between the rooms. It was like they were in the room with me. Later in the week I decided to use the fridge and found a half bottle of Pepsi and a ziplock of food in it. Clearly the room wasnt cleaned thoroughly. Luckily I brought wipes and cleaned everything anyway. I wouldnt recommend and I will not be back.

  Enjoyed a nice stay here. Clean and Prepared!

  Thanks to Marriott, you've done it again. This hotel is clean and interesting. Built in an old factory, it has modern decor and great places to enjoy a drink or time. Our room was super, love the windows and the black out shades. Lots of room. I would recommend this hotel, the location was awesome too and they recommend good places to eat. AT the time of our visit the restaurant and pool were not open.
