  If you need to stay overnight in Hobbs and you need a two bedroom option, this is the choice for you! These are fully furnished corporate townhomes with a full eat in kitchen, living room and two bedrooms and two bathrooms. They furnish everything with the exception of a hair dryer. They even have a full size washer and dryer. They are available for one night and also long term. There is a TV in the living room and also in both bedrooms. The master bedroom has a ensuite bathroom and a very nice sitting area. All kitchen items are provided- even a wine opener and blender for those warm nights when you want a drink in the courtyard. The beds are comfortable and I loved the pillows. The whole area was very quiet and the homes are upscale. The rate for a two bed two bath unit was 199.00, which is cheap compared to the nice hotels like Marriott and Hampton which run 159-179 per room per night. I cannot say enough good things about this stay. It was one of the best overnight accommodations I have ever stayed in. They are also within walking distance to great restaurants. They did not have a pool or workout room.

  Showers alone are worth the price of admission...

  I've stayed at Courtyard Villas a few times now. Always very impressed with this property. I love the way you can park right outside and go in as if it was your own home. No walking thru lobbies and riding up elevators. Full kitchen with everything including Keurig coffee maker. Nice size bedrooms with lots of room. Really nice walk in showers with great water pressure. Even has washer and dryer in home for use. Traveling with two or more, this is a no brainer. but even when traveling alone this is priced very competively vs local hotels and has so much more to offer! I stay here whenever I'm working around Hobbs.

  Not a hotel, but still great

  Okay, this is not a hotel. It is a condo. There is no maid service or free breakfast. But if you can manage to snag a reservation you have lucked out. If you compare it to other first class hotels you are getting a real bargain. We stayed for a week earlier this month (September) and were pleasantly surprised. The space is huge! It is tastefully decorated and you have everything you need to house two couples with children. Two bedrooms with a king bed in each. Nice tiled bathrooms and quiet neighborhood. Full kitchen. There is a private courtyard with a fountain that is shared by 4 units. We are moving to Hobbs and this was a nice home base to manage things. Everything you need is close by. Super Walmart is just down the street as are numerous restaurants. I would give this 5 stars. No complaints (except for the 11 foot ceilings which are oppressive.)
