  In the middle of Crazy, a great place to be

  In the middle of all this crazy, it's nice to know you can get back to your hotel, and actually relax in this Bistro, where Angel and Candice set the tone with their smiles, attentive service and warm hospitality. While the menu is limited, COVID and all, these 2 fantastic ladies do a great job in preparing various Bistro snacks and preparing drinks right out of the bottle or mixed. Great Job! Read less

  Family trip to Victoria during the rain, and deer hitting season. No rental car and stuck in hotel. Entire staff was great, but Anna, from housekeeping was the star of the show. She was very helpful and had a great attitude. She got us what we needed without any problems. Thanks Anna.

  Fantastic

  If there were 10 stars for service, this Marriott in Victoria Texas would get them! So delighted with this hotel. Spotlessly clean in these strange Covid times... staff are wonderful and go above and beyond to make our stay as peaceful as possible. We have a very sick family member nearby and our stay has extended by weeks. Brenda Guajardo / Director of Sales thank you for allowing us to stay on with you . Really we are grateful .   What Chaos??

  I cannot describe the level of hospitality this staff provided to their guests during the Winter Storm. The effects of this storm really crippled business operations and interrupted the lives of many down in South Texas. From the plunging freezing temperatures, bursting water pipelines which resulted with low water pressure to no running water, power outages, fuel shortages, food service closures, families sleeping in their vehicles to stay warm.....this team did NOT skip a beat! As a (recent) regular monthly guest, I'd like to take this opportunity to give a very BIG THANK YOU to Oscar (Manager), Angel, Megan, Paul, Dean, Mercedes and everyone that busted their tails during this sensitive time. Despite the chaos and frustrations, this team really pulled together to go above and beyond to meet every guests' individual needs as well as keeping their Bistro open to feed everyone! They did it with a smile and still made great conversations to make the best out of the situation. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

  Blessed

  Where do I even begin, this winter storm has been nothing but miserable, no power has been a nightmare, it has been one thing after another first COVID and now winter storm watch. Courtyard has been a blessing in disguise and two people come to mind when I think how truly grateful I am and that is Brenda Guajardo and Paul Lee of the Victoria, Courtyard. They have made me feel 100% at home, care free and fully taken care of, when I tell you over the top service this hotel knows what it means to take care of their guests. I would recommend staying here to anyone who wants all around amazing service and comfort, they truly make you feel like it's home away from home. THANK YOU THANK YOU AGAIN PAUL AND BRENDA .
