  Incredible Staff

  Travel on a regular basis and visit many Marriott properties; from JW Marriotts and Ritz Carlton to the rest of the portfolio. This location continues to impress me more than any other and it is due to the staff. If it is Mary Ann and Melissa in the morning at the bistro making sure I get my breakfast as I like it and in a timely manner or Yvonne in the evening in the bistro making great snacks and making sure we have what we need for our late night meetings. LOreal, Sierra and Dan are fabulous at the front desk greeting with a friendly smile and making sure that my room is ready; for early check in or held for a late check-in. Absolutely everything I need is made available to me at this hotel. Mrs Collins has that team trained and working to exceed my expectations every single time.

  3 Day Visit

  Nice hotel. Lobby is nice, Yvonne checked me in and was very personable. Stayed on the 3rd floor. See photos of the room. Comfortable bed. Tub shower was probably the only thing that wasnt remodeled, but it was clean. Dressing area needed brighter light for makeup application. Fresh fruit infused water in the lobby. Free breakfast was included in my room rate in the Bistro area. Wine and beer available there as well. Staff was great. Location was close to many restaurants

  Great overnight stay

  We wanted somewhere very COVID-safe to rest on our way through Ohio and to respond to a family emergency halfway across the country. The mobile check in (with a Bluetooth room key) was the reason we chose to stay here, and that all worked perfectly. It was hard to tell which hotels had keyless entry online, but this one does! We had no interactions with front desk staff or other guests, staying for only one night, but that is exactly what we wanted. Staff and guests that we did observe were wearing masks. The room was clean and comfortableloved the King room with both a couch and a bed and really enjoyed that you could swivel the TV to face either one. The bathrooms werent updated too much, but the renovation was very pretty otherwise. It definitely met our expectations for a quick, safe stay. I only wish we could have requested a room on the first floor for extra safety (no need to use elevator), but it was fine. Location is convenient to the highway and several choices for decent restaurants (including fast food/ drive throughs and nicer fare).

  Very pleasant stay

  With Covid it seems some places understand how to operate and others are just difficult. My experience here was great. The check in process was very smooth and staff was very friendly. The grounds were clean and well lit. The only negative I had is the thermostat did not work and the old school buttons on the heating and cooling unit was a bit picky. It was either way too hot in the room or it got cold. Not a big deal but did take some time to figure out right temp to set it at.

  Convenient to turnpike and restaurants

  Was a very nice room and had plenty of lighting and comfortable chair for relaxing. Had plenty of desk space for working. Outback Steakhouse restaurant just across the parking lot and many other restaurants just a short drive away.
