  Wont be a courtyard for very long. Nasty rooms. Never staying there again.

  This used to be our go-to hotel whenever we were in the area. Unfortunately during our stay in June 2019 it became evident very quickly that they have started to neglect the hotel and guests. We were not treated well by front desk staff but even worse than that, the hotel is run-down and housekeeping is atrocious compared to what you would expect for a courtyard. Nasty shower curtain and stains on drapes. Beds half-made. And to give you an idea of the upkeep, see how the sink was installed crooked, this is just a snippet of the wear and tear this hotel is allowing to go without proper repairs. This has almost fallen to the level of the Quality Inn next door, you might as well go stay there. Definitely not what you would expect for a Courtyard.

  The perfect stopover location

  We stopped for the night here on our drive from Chicago to Rochester NY. THe location is great, there are tons of food choices within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel is consistent with Marriotts standards. A bonus is very cheap gas at the Sams Club about 500 yards away (if you are a Sams Club member)

  Perfect for any traveler

  While traveling from a concert in PA, we wanted to hit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame so stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott-Toledo/Holland Airport. It was a nice stay, quiet and clean. We were not there long enough to enjoy the amenities, but had a nice relaxing sleep and friendly service.

  Great

  The staff is friendly, smart, and kind. We can only hope and my hope came true. Clean well organized great location a lot of stores for shopping and everyone was friendly. This is a rarity for me so thank you Ohio

  Not as pleased as usual

  We usually stay at a Courtyard because they are normally quiet and we usually get up early to get back on the road when traveling a distance. When we arrived, there were no carts available. Not really a big deal since we were only staying one night. We asked for a top floor which we got (room 360) but there must have been some kind of sports teams staying there with a lot of young adults that were running up and down the halls late into the night which kept me awake. Then in the morning, I went down at 7:05 to get breakfast and the lady was sitting there counting her money drawer. She told me she'd be right with me and then went in the back. I waited until 7;20 and she never came back out so I just went back up to our room and got ready to check out. As a platinum member of BonVoy, This stay was quite a disappointment. Will most likely not return.
