  Muy buen hotel con pésimo estacionamiento

  La semana pasada visite este hotel, muy buen personal de recepción y lobby acogedor, cuando trate de guardar la camioneta en el estacionamiento del hotel 17usd diarios no cabía por la altura de la camioneta, regrese al valet parking del hotel y me recomendó un parking lot a la vuelta del hotel por 5usd, al otro día regrese a mi camioneta y tenía el cristal roto y habían robado todas mis pertenencias. Obvio en el hotel me dijeron que no era su culpa, porque no era su estacionamiento pero 1.-no cabía en el suyo y 2.- el valet me lo recomendó. Pésima experiencia aunque MARRIOT siempre lo recomiendo por ser una muy buena cadena.

  Better than a Courtyard

  Not all Marriott Courtyards are created equal and this one is better than most as it was once a historic hotel (Lennox) and has been retrofitted and upgraded nicely. And if you like bathtubs, this hotel still has then along with plenty of hot water. From an update perspective big TV screen as well as bedside chargers, which is a must these days. Sweet stay!

  Great hotel with a great location

  This hotel has a great staff and is just a great hotel! I was able to check in very quickly and the hotel actually did use the Bonvoy app. My razor broke on the airplane and so I just went in the app and they had one to me within 15 minutes. The hotel elevators are great as far as the speed. They also have great security where you need your hotel key to go on the elevator and to get into the buildings. They have a small bistro and the staff were extremely friendly and got the food out very fast AND it tasted great. The hotel is literally 15 feet from the conference center so it is convenient if you have a conference to go to. The Rooms are HUGE and well appointed. Definitely a top notch hotel!

  Great accomodations and walking distance to train

  We had a King room and found it to be very spacious, clean and comfortable. With the suite-style layout, it accomodates an extended stay. A few items for improvement: There were spots in the bathroom wall tile that needed a good scrub with bleach; The maid was overzealous in cleaning and threw out a few things of ours that weren't meant for the trash; Hand lotion was not provided (though they had a small number of toiletries/snacks for sale in the lobby but it wasn't well stocked). We were on the 7th floor (room 706) so still got a bit of street noise, if you want it more quiet ask for a room higher up (I think there are 23 floors). Staff was very cordial and helpful, especially Mona at the bar. The location is great for easy access to the train (a couple blocks), and some good restaurants within walking distance too (Roosters for breakfast/lunch was our favorite).

  The hospitality of this Hotel is top notch!

  From the second that Hotels.com dropped the ball on my reservation, Kenya M., Event Specialist for the Courtyard Marriott St. Louis, picked it up. By the time we reached St Louis, she had taken care of everything to make my stay enjoyable. We hugged like old friends upon check in, she is that kind of person. Hotels are so impersonal. You feel like a number, as nice as most check ins are, they are missing the intangible, how to make you feel like a long lost friend and welcome you like you are home. Kenya is that type of caretaker. She was so worried about my reservation, she actually came in early to make sure everything went smoothly. A real professional and such an asset to Marriott. I am grateful to her for the genuine caring she showed us. The hotel is beautiful and full of character. They have a wonderful bar area where you could order a coffee, a beer or a burger, all from the friendliest bartenders you will meet. The location is more than ideal, you literally walk across the covered alley to the door of the Convention center. Now to my room. Pictures do not do justice to the size of these rooms. Huge. Clean. Comfortable. Wonderful amenities and room to just relax after a day out and about. The best part was the cleanliness of my room. I had the pleasure of meeting our housekeeper, Quinn W. I consider myself quite picky. This room was spotless and when we were checking out she said she was going to miss us. You will feel welcomed here like it is home.
