  Excelente servicio y habitaciones

  Fui de viaje de trabajo hace unos dias y la verdad el hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones son muy agradables y amplias. Ofrecen servicio de shuttle desde y hacia el aeropuerto. El restaurante sirve unas ensaladas muy ricas, la verdad es un hotel muy recomendable si vas de trabajo. Esta alejado del ruido y el trafico, algo que se valora mucho cuando se va de trabajo ya que al terminar solo se quiere descansar.

  Disappointed

  Strike 2!!!!!! No third strike for me. This is the second time I have stayed here. The first time the kitchen was closed at 7:30pm so I had to eat hot pockets from the pantry for dinner. Now on my second stay here the kitchen is closed because the cook called in sick. So they have a shuttle. I asked them if they could take me somewhere to eat. My only option is Wendys which is .2 miles away. The shuttle isnt allowed to go anywhere else according to the lady at the front desk. So Im staying at a Courtyard in the middle of nowhere with no food being served and the shuttle cannot take me anywhere!!!!!!!!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Her suggestion was Uber Eats. If I wanted Uber Eats I would have saved money and stayed at a Choice or IHG property. Your hotel is truly pathetic and run very poorly!!! Quit using COVID as an excuse!!!! We are all traveling and expect businesses to be open as we are open for business!!!!

  Great Staff

  Upon checking in the staff was helpful in getting it done quickly. The room was quite and clean. The bed was comfortable and remote batteries were charged. Stay here if your in the Springfield area. Thanks!

  Clean and nice

  I needed a place to stay for a couple of days while visiting my family. The facility was clean and quiet. My room worked great, the only drawback is reduced services due to COVID which is why only 4 stars

  Maintenance lacking - Nice staff

  First the positives- Staff is very nice and the shuttle to the airport was very convenient. The beds are comfortable and the room was pretty clean. Unfortunately, there does not appear to be much current upkeep happening. The door to the bathroom on our ground floor room did not shut or open all the way. It must be hung slightly crooked. I could squeeze through the opening to get into the bathroom but if you were larger you had to shove the door to get it past the tile floor. Once you tried to close the door it wouldnt latch. The light bulb was burned out in one of the lamps and the coffee maker didnt work. It took about 3 weeks to get the deposit for incidentals back. We would likely use in the future because its so close to the airport but with traveling down I would think it would be easy to check out each room looking for items that might need fixed.
