  Needed a place last minute

  I was in town because my dad was in hospice care, and I needed to stay overnight. I googled hotels near me, and came across this one. I am so glad I did! From the time I walked in the door the front desk clerk was so kind. She could see I was exhausted and upset. She spoke very kind words and helped us get some food delivered. It was after 10pm. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and welcoming. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable the sheets were very soft and and it was very quiet. It was a great end to a very long emotional day. Highly recommend.

  Really nice hotel

  Traveling across the country on a bicycle put me in Somerset for a night of rest. This hotel is large and very modern from the outside and inside as well. It is located near many stores and places to eat. The young lady at the front desk upon my checkin had a smile and was very welcoming to me and got me checked in super quick. My room was very large, very well laid out, and spot on clean and comfortable. I did not eat or really do much on the property as this was a rest stop. After a very good nights sleep i was pedaling away the next morning. I would absolutely stay here again! TheBigRideforEB.com

  Great runaway destination!

  As parents we needed a time out! We chose this hotel as a way to treat ourselves and we were not disappointed! Every staff member was incredibly kind and accommodating! The room was heaven! Definitely returning!

  Great rooms and terrific staff!

  We held an event and spent the night at this hotel and we were delighted with the stay and with the event. The hotel is 3 years old but seems newer - very clean and nice with great amenities. The rooms are comfortable with frig and microwave and 2 elements that we really appreciate - great lighting including excellent, accessible reading lights and places to put your stuff in the shower! The meeting room is nicely appointed with built-in screen and projector, nice tables and chairs, counter for food and beverage service, and great windows. The video capability is good enough that we were able to have windows open and still see the screen well - a huge benefit as far as I'm concerned. Every single person we met at the hotel was gracious and helpful! We needed to move some stuff around, borrow a couple of tables from the cafe area, request water, and other miscellaneous requests - all were met quickly and pleasantly. The hotel itself is great and the staff made it even better!

  Rude customer service

  We have stayed here multiple time for the Somernites Cruise. Never had a problem up until this year. Customer service was very poor. The bar and restaurant were closed due to covid. No maid service and trash piled up everywhere. The bar being closed everyone brought their own drinks and either sat outside on the patio or in the seating area inside by bar. There were probably 30 people all together. This night desk person Brianna came out screaming yes literally screaming at everyone. You cant have coolers out here and you are not supposed to be drinking out here! First off she could have said what she had to say more appropriately and second the bar was closed. People were only talking and laughing with their family. Not bothering anyone. I hope this is addressed with your desk person because she was very rude! We will stay at another hotel next time. We come at least twice a year.
