  Covid changes but no price changes

  Stayed this weekend at the hotel - room was nice and staff friendly. A couple of things to be aware of: - ALL FOOD SERVICES ARE CLOSED AT THE HOTEL (only thing available is the food at the kiosk by the check-in desk). There are no other food or drink options. As of today, This is not shown on their website and we were not aware until check in. Also be aware the boardwalk stores/restaurants have very limited hours (also about half of the stores are closed/empty), so if you want to eat you will need to drive. Also no microwave in room, so if you bring leftovers plan to eat cold. - another thing to be aware of we told the 2nd day we were here (when I told them we were leaving for the day) that there is no housekeeping services for your room unless you stay more than 7 days. If you need more towels you put your old ones outside your door and call front desk and they will hang new ones on the outside of your door. With Covid most of this is understandable - but its not on any of their web pages and reduced services are not reflected in their price.

  Disappointing

  Checked in last night, was disappointed. Hotel was dirty, no notices about extra cleaning with covid 19. Elevator was dirty, no signs directing to room numbers, towels were thin, felt like a cheap hotel.

  Wonderful room

  This room saved me. I had previously gotten a room at the Hampton inn in bossier and it was a horrifying experience. Annette was extremely pleasant at my check in and made me feel so welcome. This will be my go to spot from now on when im in town.

  Not worth the Price

  Working in MS and got a room here to enjoy a long weekend off. The hotel is old and it shows on the outside. Fairly clean inside and the ladies working there were real nice. Room was pretty clean, bed nice and comfortable. Had an old, old bathtub in the bathroom. Probably been a few remodel upgrades to the rooms over the years. Everything is closed except the pool was open and no breakfast, but no cost reduced even though not having hardly anything open. Casinos are close by and located right at the end of the boardwalk. Several restaurants within walking distance. The pool side room was kinda nice. Overall, definitely not worth the $175 a night I paid.

  Return visit

  We've booked this hotel several times. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and Margaritaville for half the price. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Nice pool area. Of course, we miss the breakfast and other amenities, due to covid, but that can't be helped.
