  Great stay

  The hotel staff is amazing great location the front desk is to die for!!! great customer like if I was at Trump Tower. And some of the guest are rude to the staff people please be kind cause you never know when you'll need something just cause your an ambassador that doesn't mean your above them is that the way it works in heaven you'll get to check in first and you get to sit next to god hahaha like the comment form the person JRD really the guy is new to the job what do you expect for them to know everything the first day of work. yeah dont be a witch

  Great experience

  This is a very Clean hotel with friendly staff, a great breakfast, and lthey offer late checkout times. Definitely will stay here again with my family. There was intent of room for us here. Love staying at Marriott!

  Great service!

  We arrived at the hotel early evening, greeted by Wally the front desk person. He was welcoming and quite friendly. Check in was a breeze and all of our special requests were checked personnally by Wally prior to our arrival. Wally offered several dining options all of them being close by to the hotel, many within walking distance. His recommendations were great as was the food at each of the locations. Also we must give a shout out to Jorge the morning desk person. He greets you with a smile and ready to help with any situations that arise. Another outstanding staff member. Both Wally and Jorge give new meaning to customer service, one of the best experiences we have had traveling and staying at Marriott properties. Everyone should take a page from their customer service playbook! Thank you Wally and Jorge for a great hotel experience, your GM should be very proud of the pride you both take in doing the job right!

  Outstanding location, great comfortable room and great staff

  I stay at this hotel exclusively as I come to town for business. I made the mistake of going to another hotel and they had a horribly uncomfortable bed. Called the front desk that I was cancelling that reservation and was coming over. They offered me an early check in and a suite in one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in at a hotel. With COVID and it being slow, they are super accommodating,. Even though it is near a freeway, it's super quiet. They have a nice pool open 10am-6pm and free parking. it is about a mile from downtown Campbell with great places to eat and shop.

  Wally was fabulous!

  From start to finish I really enjoyed Marriott Courtyard Campbell. I called ahead to review information about the hotel and talked to a gentleman named Wally. He was super informative and helpful. When I arrived he also addressed me professionally and was very helpful during the duration of my stay. I would say he exemplifies outstanding customer service. I use Marriott all the time and have not been this impressed or pleased in along time. Plus it is close to home for a nice getaway. Thanks Wally!
