  Nice facility, but

  We stayed there in March 2020 for three nights. The location in Marin County is excellent, especiallly as the ferry boat to San Fran is just across the street. Front desk was always very helpful. The rooms are nice, comfortable and modern ( hotel is undergoing a complete upgrade at this time). However, I objected to the $5 daily fee to park a car on the premises. I am sure that 95% of the guests ( perhaps even 100%) travel to the hotel by car, and the imposition of a $5 daily fee is really not warranted. In-room safes are not available- which is odd in this era. However, a safety deposit box is available at the front desk. Also, our room was near the elevator, and the ding of the elevator throughout the night was not plessant.

  Great place to stay....

  Perfect place to stay in Marin County, but it is squeezed between the harbour, a residential area and the 101. On top of that they did renovate so it didn't look like the price what we're paying. The service was top at the check in and at the "restaurant" so there was no complaints there. It's a great place and were looking to when everything is finished. If you're not happy with the courtyards eating possibilities there is plenty of other restaurants in walking distance

  Disappointed

  During our stay, we noticed a lot of people not wearing masks.On our last night,a large group arrived.Most not wearing masks. They then proceeded to party in a very small space off reception. There was at least 20 people. Not one wearing a mask. They were sharing a bottle of vodka. I asked reception why they were allowing this.He basically shrugged his shoulders.I also asked why the chairs and tables were not being cleaned after people use them.He said their machine to do this was on backorder.I feel any hotel is responsible for our health and wellbeing.I have a compromised immune system, so I have to be very careful. Please ignore the review below as Tripadvisor used the wrong hotel location.

  Great location, Good Services

  Right next to village of shops & restaurants, and ferry to San Francisco (only on weekdays). Nice pool. Convenient to San Francisco and all parts of Marin County. Excellent service from front desk staff.

  Great Location, rooms and service

  We stayed here for a weekend cycling trip in Marin. It was a great location to start from and get a nice 25 mile ride. The rooms were nice and the service was great. Its right next to the Marin Country Mart, which has a number of great eateries and shops. And the ferry is a short walk away. We would definitely stay there again.
