  buena opcion para una noche

  Nos quedamos una sola noche. esta muy cerca del aeropuerto pero no lo recomiendo para visitar la ciudad. Hay bastante ruido de aviones pero con lo cansados que estabamos no nos afecto mucho...la habitacion esta limpia y la cama como siempre estupenda...

  Buen hotel a buen precio.

  Un buen hotel, cercano al aeropuerto, situado en zona tranquila. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y muy limpias. Dispone de piscina interior y gimnasio bien equipado. La atención del personal fue magnífica en todo momento, tuvimos un problema con el importe de la reserva y lo solucionaron con celeridad y satisfactoriamente. Solo hay que tener en cuenta que no se encuentra dentro de la ciudad... Buena relación calidad-precio. Hotel recomendable.

  Found Womens underwear

  We came to the this hotel from Orange County to have a good experience. The first experience in the room was a black thong! Yes Im not kidding. So we called the front desk and told them what we found they did apologize and they said they gonna let the house keeping manager know. We spend 3 days in this hotel but they never come to clean the room. No towels nothing. And the last day we went to talk to the front desk again and told her what happened again but she didnt even care she just kept on saying hmm okey hmm okey! And then I told her about the dirty room she said they dont clean the rooms because of COVID. I should had gotten a letter when I checked in which I didnt get anything. That is my first and last time I would ever go back to the Courtyard Hotel. If you wanna have dirty thongs in your room please come here ..

  Room's sheets were unchanged and items from previous guest were all over

  This was probably the worst hotel experience I ever had. Upon my arrival late at night I entered my room and I noticed that the room key from the previous guest was still in the bathroom on top of the toilet. I tried not to pay much attention to it and focused on putting my baby to sleep. When it was time for me to go to sleep, I laid in the bed and was overwhelmed by the odor of cigarette that came from the sheets, it was horrible, that's when I realized that the sheets had not been changed from the previous guests that were there. As I was with a baby, I did not want to wake her up in the middle of night so I was forced to spend the night in this dirty bed. As soon as I woke up, I ran to the shower as even my hair had gotten the smell of the unwashed sheets. As I was taking a shower, I looked up and saw a used wash cloth with hairs on it on top of the shower curtain rail. GROSS!! The next morning, I went down to talk to the manager, Rafia Hakim, while she agreed to switch me to another room she claimed that she was not able to give me my money back for the first night but that if I contacted Expedia, when they reach out to her, she will give them the green light to give me a refund. Well, she LIED. Expedia tried to get in touch with her for three days and she was avoiding their call. She finally sent them an e-mail denying my request for a refund. She is a very dishonest person. I guess she believes it is normal for hotel guests to sleep in a dirty room. I am extremely upset by the whole experience.

  Free Voucher From Airlines

  We were sent here by our airlines with voucher for a free overnight stay. Reception person was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and looked clean. Bed was comfy. Nice free shuttle to airport. They had a small shop were you could buy snacks and alcohol. A small deli with a few items for purchase.
