  Buen Hotel

  Fui de viaje por trabajo a esta ciudad y me quede en este Hotel el cual tiene la calidad de Courtyard Marriot. La Ciudad de San Angelo Texas es una ciudad pequena y todo esta cerca, el Hotel esta bien ubicado y en una avenida principal. El Hotel cuenta con todo lo necesario, tiene Cafeteria Bistro donde venden buenos bocallidos, Cafe Starbucks, cerveza, agua etc. El Lobby es grande y con bastante sillas, sillones para descanzar, hay unos boots donde hay TV para ver el programa favorito. Tiene Lavanderia, GYM, area de Picnic y Alberca al aire libre. Las habitaciones son de buen tamanio y cuentan con cafetera, micro, sillon, escritorio y TV. El bano es de buen tamano y cuenta con las amenidades necesarias, shampoo, jabon, crema. En general es un buen hotel. Puntos de mejora. Dejar vasos de plastico o carton diariamente. El Precio es bueno.

  Comfortable

  Stayed during a business trip. The rooms and bed are comfortable. The bartenders were friendly in the lobby as was the front desk staff. Breakfast is not free and wifi is spotty. Nice variety of television channels. Overall, nice place.

  Much Better Than the Hampton Inn!

  I come once a year to visit my cousins who live in San Angelo and this year I thought I would try the Courtyard since my experience with the Hampton Inn last year wasn't that great. I really enjoyed our stay here and while it's certainly not a luxury hotel it was clean, the staff was very nice, and we liked our room. All though the love seat looks great, personally I find it very uncomfortable however that is not a deal breaker for me. We did have breakfast in the restaurant one morning and it was really good! So much better than I expected! The avocado toast was delish! If you're not sure where to stay, definitely give the Courtyard a try!

  Definitely won't return

  I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights from June 21st through 26th of 2020 and can say with 100% certainty that I won't return. In today's pandemic environment many companies are cutting services, employees, etc. as much as possible due to downturns in business. The San Angelo Courtyard has taken this to an extreme. My first morning I woke up to realize there wasn't any soap or shampoo so I called the front desk. The reply was "corporate has instructed us to remove all toiletries, you have to get those at the front desk but we're out of shampoo anyway". They finally brought some soap. When I return in the afternoon my room had not been cleaned so I visited the front desk the next morning to request cleaning. The young lady at the front desk told me "we are not cleaning any rooms until the guest departs". I asked her to put my room on the cleaning list and she did so but nothing happened. I finally asked for clean linens so I could change the sheets and have fresh towels. The excuse they used of "corporate policy" is interesting, I was driving from SC and stayed in the Shreveport, LA Courtyard the previous night on the way to San Angelo and all toiletries were there. Stayed in the Jackson, MS Courtyard on my return trip and everything was there also. Evidently they had received different guidance from corporate. I travel for business and have stayed in Marriott properties all over the US and Europe, this one is the worst managed I've ever experienced.

  Bummed

  This is a nice hotel, but there is a skeleton crew. We came late Friday night and couldnt find anyone in the lobby to check us in. We waited for a while and I even called the hotel, but no answer. Someone finally came to the desk and started helping the line of people at 10pm. She also had to answer the 4 calls that came in while we were being checked in. Once that was done we made it to the room and it seemed ok. There was nothing in the rooms anymore. No soap, shampoo, hair drier, extra bedding for the pull out couch, pillows, etc. we had to go back down to ask for bedding and a pillow for the pull out couch. We went to bed and it wasnt until the next morning I noticed blood on the sheets! I put the kids in bed and didnt get into bed until the lights were off, so I didnt see it!! I was so grossed out. I called the front and let her know and she was shocked too, but said they cant go into the rooms until 24 hours after we leave. So Im supposed to either sleep with bloody sheets or change and remake the bed myself? My husband went to the lobby for the sheets and they gave him another pull out twin set. I went down after and wanted to talk about the sheets, but again there was only 1 person trying to help everybody. I left because we had to be at the tournament. Now were back and I dont have a bed with sheets, but I sure did pay 200.00 to stay here?!? My husband went down again to ask about sheets. They did give him a king set, but said he would leave a note for the morning manager about my bed. This is so frustrating!
