  Great Stay In Every Way

  We had a 100% problem-free stay. I was impressed with the friendly staff. The pool and hot tub were well maintained; I saw them check and adjust the PH of the hot tub twice during my two-night stay. Our room was clean. Our beds were comfortable. Everything I want from a hotel, this hotel delivered.

  Really nice place.

  I really liked this hotel. It's really spacious, clean, and quiet. The room was really clean and comfortable.It was nice having a bedroom separated from the living room, and our little girl slept on the pull out bed. The only thing for now is that they're doing some renovations on the front so you have to go around back, but it's really not a problem, just a heads up for the readers. They have a fire pit that's lit at night, it was nice to sit around, and we could get there through the courtyard, out the sliding door of our room. That was way nice. The lady at the front desk the night of our stay was having a rough night, but still offered to get us ice from the kitchen if we needed. She also switched us to a room with a bath tub for our little girl. She is awesome, wish I could have gotten her name, she had brown hair and glasses. Another perk is walking distance to Cracker Barrel for breakfast, they serve breakfast at the hotel but it is not free. Great Hotel all around, wonderful staff, we will definitely stay here again.

  Renovation

  Ended up here because the Ogden Courtyard told us they were sold out. When I checked Bonvoy, they had rooms available in every category. Anyway, this property is being renovated. The outside is still in the process. I could be wrong but I dont believe the furniture was changed. There was no internet available that night. Breakfast was a bagel sandwich or burrito. Not much choice, go out to eat.

  Very close to the convention center - Renovation

  This hotel is perfect location to the convention center. Plenty of places to go to eat around the hotel. Excellent hospitality and service. The place is a little confusing because of the renovation, but you can tell that is going to be a beautiful property.

  Terrible Customer Service

  This hotel is a nice hotel. It is clean and kept up nice. The room was nice but the customer service was terrible. The front desk could not handle a simple issue, which was cancelling the 2nd night of my reservation and refunding the points. Upon checking out, no receipts was given. When I spoke with Marriott Customer Care, they told me that the hotel should have easily been able to take care of the issue that I had and that it was a simple solution. I did have a very candid customer care representative and she was not very complimentary about the poor customer service that was given. I would not stay at this hotel again.
