  Kicked out with an infant!!!

  Purchased 2 rooms for 2 night on Catawba football senior night. After the game and dinner we go back to the hotel to feed and put down our infant for the night when we discover that all of our belongings, including my wifes breast pump and supplies are packed up and sitting in the lobby. These scum bags didnt even call us to let us know that their system said we only reserved one night when we actually reserved two. Instead they decided to email, pack all of our stuff, and evict us, then blamed the lady who took the reservation for the mix up. We then asked for the manager, the desk person stated, I am the manager and refused to give us the name or contact information of anyone above him. We had to travel 30 miles away to find the next closest available room. Garbage management, just a unethical human being in general!

  Good room, great location

  Typical Marriott quality. Room was clean as a whistle. Bed like new. Water hot made the am shower fantastic. Great location. An outstanding front desk pro, Rueben, was much help with advice, recommendations, etc.

  No Maid Service (Poor Management)

  Arrived at the Hotel at around 6P on the second night of a two night stay. We found the room had not been touched by Maid staff. I called down and told the person at the front desk wearing a toboggan that I needed the room cleaned and replenished. He said there was no maid service and I could come to the desk and get what I wanted. As a lifetime Titanium Elite member I felt the least he could have offered when they knew they did not intend to have maid staff on duty for the day is call so we could move to another hotel or at least offer to move us into a fresh room. If I were a manager and I knew I was not going to have maid staff I would probably come in and clean rooms I will not have another problem at the Courtyard Salisbury, NC again!

  POOR MAID SERVICE

  Room was fair. The bed was not very comfortable. My back was hurting every morning. Maid service was poor at best. they would come in and empty trash but not make up bed. other times not leave towels. had to contact desk for towels. had to tell them to vacuum room, just poor service and didn't care. indoor pool but was not heated pool. asked if pool was open and they said yes but didn't tell me not heated. went to get in and it was freezing cold. not a great place to stay. surprised me it being courtyard by Marriott.

  Beautiful Hotel, must stay....

  First, this is a beautiful hotel. Vibrant colors, modern, inviting. When I complemented the decor, the mgr said they were about to remodel....wow. I had a problem the 2nd morning in, the refrigerator stopped working and $17 worth of food had to be thrown away. I went to ask the mgr to comp breakfast in their bistro since my husband was gone at an all day meeting with the car and I had gotten this food for all day while I was there. To my surprise the mgr took the receipt and sent another person at the desk to get a replacement meal af Zaxbys up the road. This was amazing customer service and problem resolution going WAY above and beyond. This hotel appreciates their customers and treats them like guests at their own home. Shout out to Reuben and all the amazing staff. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!
