  Great accommodations and amenities, convenient location, and excellent service.

  We were in Pullman to tour WSU and stayed here one night. The hotel is very modern and clean and is very conveniently located right next to WSU. The rooms were well appointed and the beds were really comfortable. The staff allowed us a late checkout so that my husband and son could enjoy the large spa while we toured the school. After we got home, we realized that my husband had left his medicine behind. I called the hotel and housekeeping had turned it in. The person I spoke to on the phone (wish I had got his name) was so helpful and got the medicine returned to us. This was so appreciated!! We will definitely be back (my daughter loved WSU).

  Great Location & Great Staff

  We weren't excited to try this hotel out as there is no free breakfast like all other Courtyards but it is in nicer condition with a friendlier staff than the other hotels, even the other Marriott's. The staff and management was fantastic. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Rooms were comfy and spotless clean. We even ran in to the general manager helping in housekeeping which you NEVER see. The food in the restaurant was amazing and even had options for my wife who is gluten and dairy free, which is a hard thing to find in a hotel restaurant and completely made up for not having a free breakfast. The general manager was great at giving us information of what to do in the area while we had free time including the local winery in Moscow and the Moscow farmers market which was better than even our farmers market in Dallas. We wish we would have tried this hotel out last year for our daughters first year in college but going forward, this will be the hotel for us.

  Great, unless you want to sleep

  Rooms have only down pillows. Front desk said theyd send up foam, but I received... more down pillows. Beds have Arctic-appropriate blankets - get ready to sweat, even with AC. But AC also inconsistent - turns on and off all night. No constant fan mode. Get ready to wake up nearly every time it powers up. Tried ditching covers and turning AC off, only to be kept up by other ambient nose (other rooms AC units, toilet running, etc.). Im going to need a LOT of caffeine to get through business meetings today. Exhausted and angry is a terrible way to start the day.

  Comfy, modern and clean

  Great location just past the basketball stadium at WSU. Open restaurant and lobby with multiple large screens and private nooks for viewing sporting games. Welcoming staff, nice fitness room and large outdoor hot tub. Room was spacious with large bathroom, open walk in shower, refrigerator and coffee maker. Giant tv that tilts to face comfy couch or the bed. Bed was comfortable including the great down pillows. Great overnight stay!!

  On campus near Rec center

  New baseball complex being built across street..quick walk to Beasley or the martin stadium..new m property.we had 2 queens and was very comfortable. Huge lobby w bar and Starbucks..lights were too bright down there and I wanted more snacks in store and less sweatshirt sales in entry..really nice gym and pool and just so easy to see WSU. Like many college towns On a busy college weekend..priciest for a courtyard ..Also feel a shuttle to campus events would be helpful. They do this at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo Courtyard and other area hotels..so convenient for parents, games, orientation and move in. Really nice perk.
