  A Home Away From Home In Homestead...

  The View is to DIE for and the Front desk service is superb. Two associates in particular stand out. Malik the front desk supervisor was very polite and prompt with services, also rendering me an upgrade to a suite. Next is the general manager Clayton. He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay here was as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Homestead/Pittsburgh area

  Convenient Location but Not Up To Courtyard Standards

  We stayed at this Courtyard for two nights when moving our student into her University of Pittsburgh dorm. We took full advantage of the shopping centers across & down the street, and enjoyed being able to walk over for breakfast in the morning. We realized that COVID-19 might make our stay a little different than usual, but no one at the front desk bothered to tell us in advance that the room would not be serviced (not a problem, but tell your guests) and getting fresh towels was a little more difficult than it should have been. Our room 413 was clean upon arrival, but definitely looked old and in need of repair. There was a leak stain above one bed, as well as a stain toward the top of the cloth shower curtain. And the bathtub was in desperate need of replacement due to permanent discoloration. It might not be the actual hotels fault, but the elevators and the hallway constantly smelled of marijuana. We are Marriott property and Hilton property travelers, and this Courtyard was a huge disappointment.

  Disappointed

  Marriott is usually our go-to hotel. Very disappointed. AC unit in room was on the fritz (didn't happen until 1/2 way through our stay so did not report it). But MORE IMPORTANTLY staff does not adhere to their own MASK RULE. The front desk is very good with this -- but housekeeping does not. This was the person who was riding the very small elevator just before us, helping us with the room key that didn't work, etc. For this reason, I would not stay here again when visiting my daughter at Pitt.

  Worst stay ever!

  We are currently at this hotel for a nice holiday weekend...anything but! Partying going on loudly til all hours by a certain group outside along with loud music and drinking. Then walking through the halls to make it known that they were partying and drunk. It's sad because when we checked in,we were given instructions on what is expected as the guy at the desk said we have to tell people the rules because some come here to party and that is not the image we want to portray here. The toilet in our room ran all night.There is a beautiful view out our window until you look down.There was garbage on the rooftop when we look out of our room. We usually stay next door, but it was booked and thought we would give this one a try. Very disappointed because the room was clean and the people who work here are very nice.

  Patrick was Wonderful

  The stay was perfect, made possible by Patrick. He was courteous, personal, and professional. Marriott is a better company because of employees like the one I worked with at this property. Thank you - I will recommend (and be back)!
