  I dont recommend this location

  I would not stay here again. For starters, the beds are not comfortable. I cant remember the last time I slept in a hotel with beds this horrible. One thing you will notice here, there are no perks at this hotel. Most hotels will offer you free coffee, ice water, maybe fruits or cookies at the lobby. This place offers nothing make you pay for everything. I wasted $4 on their Marriott 1L water bottle and discovered it is actually filtered tap water from Michigan. Also, the upkeep is below industry standards. The restroom next to gym did not have any soap or towels. What are the odds that both faucet soap dispensers and the towel dispenser are all empty at the same time? Its just neglect. They dont even have hand sanitizer in the gym or lobby. Lastly, my room (#332) had a weak and noisy heater. By 2am, it became unbearably loud and I couldnt sleep. The couldnt move me until the next day because the hotel was full. Dont be fooled into getting room 332. Im pretty sure the HVAC unit is beyond repair. I had to complain to corporate to get reimbursed for the one night of my week long stay. The staff didnt offer any apologies or concessions. You must formerly complain here. Lastly, although most of the employees are nice, I felt that some (especially overnight crew) were completely apathetic and didnt seem to care about my concerns or offer any help. You cant just hire anyone to work in hospitality. I rarely stay at Marriott so I dont know if this location is the exception or the norm, but I will avoid all locations based on how bad my experience was at this location.

  Clean, Comfortable, Convenient

  The property is very clean, easy to get to from the Interstate, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, walking trails next to property in a corporate business park. Staff was very professional and polite.

  Quiet, Clean Hotel near Highway

  Really friendly staff, very clean hotel, and nice rooms. Worked perfectly for getting up to Butler one day and down to an early morning appointment in Pittsburgh the next. Lots of restaurants nearby for take out of delivery.

  Great staff, great hotel

  We stayed at this Marriott as part of our son's wedding which was held at another venue in the region. However, we were responsible for holding a wedding rehearsal dinner and decided to have it at this hotel. We were very glad we did. John Hooley,the asst.general manager was excellent to work with in planning our event. He helped us with everything from suggesting putting up a tent on a hotel lawn to address our concerns regarding COVID restrictions to planning the menu. He even pitched in to work with the bartender and wait staff during the dinner which is something rare for most hotel managers. The food and drinks were excellent and the event was enjoyed by everyone. As for the property itself, the rooms were clean and modern and the staff was very cordial and accommodating. It all made for a great stay. We would not hesitate to stay there again or use it for another event.

  Quick overnight stay

  Convenient location off I-76 and reasonably priced. Parking is ample and free. Property appears to be recently renovated; room and public spaces looked great. Nice-sized room, only complaints would be the low-flow shower head and the fact that the TVs haven't been updated to Marriott's latest that include streaming services. Service was great, overall a good experience.
