  AVOID this hotel

  This USED TO BE a great hotel, but there are now some issues starting with checking in to the hotel. At other Marriott properties, when you check in using the mobile App everything is ready for you upon your arrival including your key card. Not at this property. Then there was the blonde woman at the front desk. The most polite word to describe her would be arrogant. If cancelling the reservation had been an option, that would have been done on the spot. Moved to a better hotel the next day. There were more issues in the guest room as can be seen in the photos - - spots on the sofa, dirty HVAC, and a questionable shower stall floor. Only good worth mentioning was the exceptionally polite woman who processed the checkout procedure. Of course, the hotel did not issue a guest satisfaction survey. That might make them accountable to their owner/operator.

  Nice hotel

  Stayed here for a couple nights while in town for the weekend. Checked in on the Marriott app a few hours before arrival, showed up, was promptly handed my key, and headed up to our room. Pretty much a basic Marriott room but it was clean and well kept up. Staff was friendly. My only critique would be that both the Marriott website and signage at the hotel noted that the Bistro was open for "dinner and cocktails". It wasn't open either night while we were there. While I would not typically eat dinner at a Courtyard Bistro anyway I would have enjoyed having a drink but unfortunately for some reason the thing wasn't open and there were not any signs or anything identifying the hours/days when it is open in the evenings. Who knows... maybe there were not enough people staying to justify staffing it.

  Downhill

  Used to stay here regularly. Just finished a stay with Starbucks bar offering no coffee. Cocktail bar offering no cocktails. Its weird when you get the feeling that a business is using covid as an excuse to not offer services. I get no food, but no coffee and no alcohol is a joke. Front desk is saying they just didnt receive their shipment?? Hmmmmm ok. How does every other establishment around here get theirs? Come on guys, get it together or Ill find another place to stay.

  Great trip at a good price

  Located in between Pittsburgh and the airport (about 10 mins away), the hotel provides great amenities at a good price. It is standard for a Marriott but comes with a bar that is open till 10, plus fresh dinner.

  Hotel Fun

  Every February my family and I spend a night in a local hotel to break up the winter and swim and have a fun night. We really enjoyed our evening, swam, ordered Uber eats and hung out with other friends that also stayed at the hotel. We were greeted by the friendly staff at the very clean facility.
